hi there..you are really good!! just want to ask..

how to actually hook with the correct body position for left handers? coz i tried hooking using my left hand without my thumb (middle and ring finger holding the ball) and i got only like max. 22km/h..i tried hooking with the thumb grip but can't seem to work..

is there a difference if I wear a metal glove and hook the ball?

can i actually hook with stock bowling balls? I am experimenting weight 10 and 11..

@bassistdaw for left handers, make sure you end your approach with your right foot in front and swing your leg out of the patch of your bowling ball. the metal glove helps you cup the ball more for a better and more consistent release with your thumb. stock bowling balls from bowling centers are made of plastic or urethane, those wont hook much, get a reactive resin ball and that will grab the lane much harder than plastic.
