I love metal detecting beaches. Even though you get a lot of junk, it is still a lot of fun!

There is always going to be junk on the beaches, just collect what junk you find and put it in the garbage. That means less junk the next time you go plus if your digging the junk you won't miss the good stuff!

That is a Tungsten Carbide wedding band and it was over a foot down in the sand. That was a first for me as I've never found one before. Very heavy ring! The night before on that beach I also found a USA 1880 seated liberty dime, not in the best of shape...
