There is a lot of misinformation here, unfortunately. The 16th Amendment is not what you think it is. According to the supreme court, the 16th amendment did not give congress any new taxing power. In actuality the 16th Amendment limited congress in collecting the income tax. Ignorant people believe that the power for congress to tax incomes comes from 16th amendment. In reality the income tax is not a tax on income but on the activity that produces the income.
The rothchild family and all their money are still abunch of girlie men who wouldnt have the nads to come out from behind their money to face the people they step on everyday.
The REALLY stupid part of these arguments is that IF the States didn't ratify it WHY DIDN'T THEY SAY SO? Not ONE State has agreed with the argument that they didn't ratify it.
