You are 100% correct - yes the tight corner followes a parked car. The driver was fully aware of the situation. Just coould not be bothered to drive for a few seconds
That's quite a sharp corner! Was there also a car parked just around the bend? This is aggressive driving. Senseless to drive so fast. Probably joined the next traffic jam 2 seconds early and waited a minute for the next set of traffic lights to change. Makes things dangerous and unpleasant for everyone else.
Poor judgement/aggressive behaviour -- still, if only we could find their contact number...
