  • @leemhayward - Vertically challenged here as well. 5'7" (1.7 m). also genetically/culturally predisposed to wide hips. Seeing what you've been able to do with your frame is an inspiration. Keep up putting out the great content.

  • I thought the new body building style was the leaner smaller waist. Your obliques and abs are too big for that i think (dont get me wrong your fuckin cut). Am i write or wrong?

    There is no "new bodybuilding style" everyone has a different body type. Heck just look at Mr. Olympia, his waist is big, but he's still the #1 bodybuilder. Not everyone genetically has a super thin waist, even if they are lean and have low bodyfat.

    I usually alternate doing a bicep exercise and then doing a tricep exercise. I'll go back and forth like this for my arm workout.

    Yes, these are awesome exercises that will help build up your entire upper body. I include both push ups and chin ups as a regular part of my workouts.

  • Hey Lee or anyone that can help. I've got few questions for you. You know 'superset', can you tell me 2 different ways to superset both bicep/bicep and bicep/tricep but by only using dumbbells?

    Also, can you tell me when supersetting how many sets, reps and weight per superset i should do?

    Simple, just super set dumbbell bicep curls and a dumbbell tricep extensions.

    There are no hard set rules for how many sets and reps to do. But a good range would be 3 sets of 10-12 reps for each exercise.

  • @leemhayward Thanks, but how heavy should i lift? I can lift 14kg per arm max, do i lift that or lower it? Also, can i superset same muscles like bicep/bicep instead of tricep/bicep?

    You can do more, I like to do 2-3 exercises for the biceps and 2-3 for the triceps in each workout.

  • yo, i like to super set my bicep and triceps, but i was told when doing the tricep routine that you are doing, to not bring my fore arms any further up than horizonta, see you seem to just bring them up that little bit further... does it matter????

  • I just subscribed. do you ever use decline chest workouts. I have fat over my chest area that is real hard to get rid of it. can you tell me, or anyone.

  • well, the only thing you need is one dumbell, and you can do supersets with biceps and triceps :)
