  • When it comes to carving the pig do you first remove the skin or is the meat cut off and served skin on (I know you can eat the skin as well as the meat but its not for me) Thanks for posting that looks great.

  • Good Lord, it's a veritable page of drooling neanderthals in here.

  • LET'S EAT! I've cooked pigs in underground ovens called imu in Hawaiian. Your roasted pig looks delicious. Crispy on the outside and I'm sure tender on the inside.

  • that looks......... AMAZING!!! WELL DONE with the roasting of the pig! I wish i was there :(

  • Perfect looking hog.

  • For all you assholes that are posting like you know what you're talking about...you're all wrong. Of course the outside of the pig looks roasted...that's why it's called a pig roast! The pork itself was fabulous...very tender and had the marinade flavor cooked in perfectly. So fuck all y'all.

  • you had the most perfect pig ive seen on youtube yet! 100% evenly cooked

How much hrs did it take?

    what was the temp?

  • I didn't actually do the cooking so I actually don't know. It was delicious tho.

  • i believe you! that shit looked great. I'm buying my first crib soon and i was watching videos on pig roasts cause i'm gonna have one! i think i'm gonna pack the belly with whole potatoes and pinapples. how does that sound? I'm sort of a chef (self proclaimed) but i never did a whole pig before.i watch this video all the time. i dont know why.LOL

P.s. - so you did really work for beer like you said in the video huh? LMBAO

  • @beanhammer25

Absolutely correct ,all pigs roasted nicely will be roasted well on the outside and fall off the bone inside! I bet that one was good! They do some nice pig roasting in the Philippines. Think its called lechon there

  • Whats that

  • tipe bosnian croat pig roast

you'll se how to prepare it for roasting on Bosnian Croat traditional way :)

  • the skin look good

  • Yea, you have to be careful with pork

  • yea itz been done

  • Not bad but you dont need all that ladderwork to cook a pig. Traditional spit with a couple of spike keepers at each end does the trick and is visually more appealing, but good luck for trying.
