dreamscene XP - what the hell? :/ Dreamscene is totally different and it is not a video player. Try to chose a better title next time mate. As soon as you close VLC player the "animated wallpaper" goes away.

But at the end of the day, it's upto people to make their own minds up, and choose which software package suits their needs best. Personally I use VLC and Vital Desktop. I don't believe its a misdirection, man. I am just saying that maybe this user was unsure of what to call the vid, so he found out about DreamScene, but similar effects were achievable in XP with a different software packgage: voila, DreamScene XP - He may not have known DreamScene XP was an actual program
