Ocelots in Mincraft are shy, the run away from the player (First mob which enables spring) and stop once far away enough. If you hold a raw fish, they will creep closer - Like farm animals with wheat. You can tame them with the Raw Fish to which they become a cat and act similarly to a Wolf :-)
