I don't think there's any plagiarism involved, it's just that it seems like every mainstream, heavy rock band is detuning their guitars to Drop Db or lower and playing similar chord progressions. That's not necessarily a bad thing, of course, and I actually do like this song, but that doesn't change the fact that it sounds like everything else on rock radio right now.
