Pullum is my #1 char from EX series. She is Rouge + Cammy (My two mains from Street Fighter and Power Stone) put together. :D

Geruda could easily fit on KOF. Close range, doesn't rely on projectiles but is very effective.

SF4 was missing EX characters. I grew up with them...and I miss them. Particularly Pullum and Skullomania. I guess El Fuerte is a suitable replacement though.
