  • Gaming - PC (Bootcamp)

    Programming - Mac ( I can run 3 OS you run 2)

Creative - Mac (Your retarded if you debate this)

    Viruses - Mac (Less risk)

Budget - Mac (You get more for what you pay)

Show me a PC with an aluminium design, quality customer support, more reliable OS and better build quality.

Mac's can't play games? Oh yes it can. BOOTCAMP.

My Mac can open 30+ apps in less than 40 seconds and I can still use my Mac. Show me a PC that can do that at $1500. I'll be waiting.

  • @NGUpremier

Gaming still requires you to buy windows bud.

Creative: Ever heard of adobe elements?

Viruses: Unless your a dumb fuck who downloads porn all day and illegal software, your not going to encounter viruses.

Budget: You've got to be fucking joking. 1500 dollars for a 13 inch laptop with no discrete graphics OR solid state?

The hp envy, which is what im using now, has an aluminum design, subwoofer, higher resolution screen, and quad core processing for under 1500 dollars.

  • @TheGuyMan5021 Yes, I have heard of it. It's on Mac as well. It runs faster too. Please, go search some Mac stress tests. If your computer could even run half of these at this pace it would be a miracle. Here are some links for you. /watch?v=UZDgd1uu0AU

/watch?v=2YF9LD5_PFI (This is a $2500 Mac Pro running 3 different OS's along with the whole Adobe suite and much more running perfectly.

Now which one is worth the money?

    I'll stick with my Mac.

  • @NGUpremier im not going to repeat what theguyman said but here we go.

    I can run 4, Windows 7, 8 dev, ubuntu, and OS X

Macs are only more creative for people who have no creativity

the "security" on a Mac is worse than a screen door

budget... everyone knows you pay more for less

The OS your running is still 12 years old.

  • @NGUpremier Couldn't agree with you more. Also all these PC Fanboys who say Macs can't run games are wrong. Anyone who knows how to use OS X well should know you can get most windows games to run on a Mac anyway without dual booting!

  • @iJoshJWard Try to play Borderlands on your shitty MAC and then compare how quick your Mac Against pc

  • @12101210fax It works absolutely perfectly on my May 2011 iMac, maybe not as well as a really high end PC, but then again who would use a Mac for proper gaming, most Mac users own a games console.

  • @NGUpremier ive tried mac os in my pc that cost me 600$ and it was just another version of linux, well about the risk of virus, linux is as safe as mac (cuz both are unpopular) jus linux is free and could be run in all x86 computers. so you rather buy a brandname stuff just for shinny logo? that apple is bitten already LOL

  • @corynchips

    Theres a Typo

    Budget - PC

  • Gaming - PC

    Programming - PC

Creative - Id have to say a tie, Adobe is frreaking amazing.

Viruses- Actually, Neither computer is more at risk. Though this is widely debated.

    Budget - Mac

Besides, all of the mac fans I have seen actually make me stay away from mac instead of wanting to join them.

  • PC: Tom from Kalamazoo you're on the air

TOM: Hey how're ya doing? What PC do you recommend for people who hate getting viruses?

PC: Any PC that has antivirus software installed.

  • 1. One with a decent Antivirusprogramm and a non-moronic user

    2. A HP, Sony Vaio and many others... Just keep your hands of Acer or Dell if you care for service ^^ (only my experience)

    3. Why? just.... WHYYYYY?

  • @kindAhumaNbeinG Dells service level depends on the country you live in. In Britian it's fantastic, in Denmark it sucks (sometimes, there have been some nice episodes as well)

  • Build a hackintosh, divide by 0. BOOM!

  • Linux

  • This made me laugh. Genius.

  • @Piezipx

    i don't get it lol

  • why isn't his flagged as spam ?

  • What PC do you recommend for people who hate getting viruses?

Well really i think you should try out AVAST! it is a antivirus software which really helped me!

What PC do you recommend for great costumer support?

I recommend buying your pc from websites which your PC is custom built. Not only does it come alot cheaper but it has WONDERFUL costumer support.

Im thinking of switching to a Mac!

Well why would you do that buddy? I mean forums can tell you everything you need for a magnificentPC

  • mac's are bad windows is good

  • @dcgentleman No, but i know somthing that costs alot less and can run it on the same settings.

  • They market the MAc as being for design but thats marketing crap The PC can have photoshop and all that other creative software installed. Starwars Preqils had their CGI rendered on PC hardware as the 3D rendering software used by most companies at the time would not run on a MAC.

  • Mac = Internet, music, video, some software for artists, college kids, and morons

    Windows = everything for everyone

  • alot of immature windows people commenting here :)

  • yeah really mac this mac that!

  • The advertising is really genius in a way. Compare all of PC's worst flaws with Mac's greatest advantages. On top of that the situation lets Mac speak on behalf of PC and have them say whatever they want to him to say. Instead of a refute to a flaw he'll just shy up or act immature. Mac knows one of the best advertisement strategies which is to manipulate the information they give to the audience.

  • My name is greg and my case is just as same as his

  • Does Mac stand for Multinational American Company?

  • @movieklump no, MAC is just short for Macintosh. Jef Raskin, an American human-computer interface expert wanted to name it after his favourite apple. Thats how he came up with Mac

  • @Stewie07160716 I was being ironic.

  • What MAC do you recommend for people who aren't dumbfucks?

    BOOOM

  • what mac do you recomend for peple with a budget? BOOM!

what mac do you recommend for gaming? BOOM!

wait mac do you recommend for advanced computerprogramming? BOOM!

what mac do you recommend for people that dont enjoy cocks up their asses? BOOOOOOOM!

i have to say, advanced coputerprogramming goes to linux though...

  • @smartguy9765 Yaay linux! =D

Linux also takes the cake for "computer without viruses"

I've heard there are a few linux viruses in labs or something,

but I've never talked to anyone who said they talked to anyone who got one.

  • @smartguy9765 I'm a developer and i'd like to know what you mean by advanced computer programming and why Macs aren't suitable? Do you realise that Linux and Mac (based on BSD) are both Unix derivatives?

  • @kalekold great..., macs are on UNIX. No shit, now if you'd just get a working compiler for a mac that would be great

  • @Frikgeek You obviously don't know what you're talking about.

    1. Macs are NOT 'on' Unix, they are a BSD derivative which is itself, a Unix derivative.

    2. The XCode suite on Mac OS X uses GCC or Clang/LLVM compilers? Do they not work for you? They are two of the biggest and most actively developed compilers ever written!

    3. I you mean some sort of kiddy BASIC compiler then you can also find full support in PureBasic.

  • @kalekold why pay for XCode, when you can get Bloodshed DEV C++, or any GNU C compiler for free?. and you can also get VC++ 2008 if you're into that for free. also the Xcode suite itself looks like kiddy programming to me... Wonder why no great programmers are on a mac? (also i know that Xcode versions <=3 are still free, but so are the newest versions of all linux and most windows tools) and yes, i am a cheapskate

  • @Frikgeek Wow, you really are clueless!

    1. Xcode has always been and will always be free with every Mac. lol!

    2. You can also download Xcode, free from Apple's website. lol!

    3. No great programmers on Mac? Look at the Mac/iOS App Store! lol!

    4. Xcode is kiddy? it uses the same compiler that compiles Linux! lol!

    5. Bloodshed Dev C++ is an IDE only and itself uses GCC (same as Xcode and on Linux) and hasn't been in development for about 6 years! lol!

You obviously aren't a professional developer!

  • @kalekold amen!

  • @kalekold I'm LOLing you. UNIX software works on Mac OS X because they stole BSD code. Try to run this soft on Mac OS 9 ;)

  • @t1czer Do you realise that the the parts of BSD that are incorporated into Mac OS X were taken from FreeBSD and NetBSD both of which are completely free and open source? Also 'Unix' software does not necessarily just work on a Mac without porting and re-compilation. Also running software on OS9 is a non-issue because; a: it's deprecated and b: it's a completely different architecture specifically compiled for PowerPC cpu's. Kinda like saying 'Try run this soft on Xbox'! Honestly, get educated!

  • @kalekold You sad they STOLE. I am also free but is it ok for Apple to take my liver? Ofcourse not. OS9 was just bigger version of calculator.

  • @t1czer Jesus man, stop embarrassing yourself.

  • @smartguy9765 Think you'll find that's homophobic. Just saying.

  • @smartguy9765

    1.Mac book 11

    or mac book air 11

    2.Mac pro

    3.Mac pro

    4.mac pro/macbook/macbook pro/macbook air/imac ;)

  • @ShitHappensHD

    1. 1000$ comp for people with a budget? Seriusly?

    2. 2500$ for Nehalem/5770? Are you retarded?

    3. Overkill, overpriced shit.

You cock warts never seize to amaze me.

  • @ShitHappensHD And all of them look that same... Gray, aluminium, with glowing Apple logo...

  • @t1czer they are grey and white and they are fucking awsome!if you dont like ti dont buy it/just look how much space do mac book-s and i mac-s mac minis and mac pros safe up.amd all pc-s are retarded and waaaay to heavy

  • @smartguy9765 get back to 4chan!

  • @gaaiessaaies

What makes you say that? :)

  • @smartguy9765 /b/rother?

  • @gaaiessaaies

    /g/eek.

  • @smartguy9765 nice 2 meet u, ima /m/utant

  • @smartguy9765 Why only linux? You know Mac is UNIX, and has a powerful IDE? So you're talking bullshit...

My 2 year old MBP plays Crysis fine.

Don't fool yourself, girls like Apple... My ex-girlfriend I met because she was curious about Apple and came to me! (and I met other girls like this) - Yet, do you ever heard about that research that stated women have put an Apple Store as best place to find a partner?

I'm only with you on the budget. But who cares? Work! Save money! You get there!

  • @bielcouto

''My 2 year old MBP plays Crysis fine''

I don't believe you. What Mac may that be?

''Don't fool yourself....bla bla bla.... find a partner?''

Apple makes feminine products appealing to females. And i'm sure Apple stores are all very nice, but i don't quite see your point with this part.

''Work! Save money! You get there!''

Do i detect a slight sense of condescendense, or is it just your poor language skills fooling me?

Why would i pay so much when i can get something better for less?

  • @smartguy9765 MacBookPro5,3 3GHz with ded. gfx(google it) 8gb ram. It is not even that good machine, but I can play Crysis 1 fine, never tested Crysis 2 though...

  • @smartguy9765 Yes, english is not my primary language. And no, it is not condescendenCe.

To me, Macs are greater products, just like consoles are greater than pc to play games... They have worst graphics and all shit... but they give the best experience.

Macs are the same thing, *to me*. I have past the age to like fine tunning things myself.

If I believe a product is better, I will save money to buy it... because it worth it.

I do not regret when I did save to buy my MBP. And I will do it again

  • @smartguy9765 About the partners... the point is that in your original post I sense that you are calling men Mac users gay...

I mean that you are probably wrong, if even a research found out that women think an Apple Store is a good place to find a man, it means those man do like girls.

It's not me sayin, it is a research(google it).

But if you're talking that no apple products would look good being used by a man, then it means you have no sense of style.

Well, I can't do anything for you then.

  • @smartguy9765 I agree on the linux, but macbook pro installed with all windows all the time? thats the mac you described

  • pc choice chat :D...Boom, love doing that ^^

  • What Pc would you recomend for gaming?

  • @Piezipx ...and Graphics/ Disk Space

  • @Piezipx any alienware, and mostly any pc above 850 dls will do great with most if not all games

a mac for 1000 dls wouldnt even be viable for any type of gaming

mac prices are shit, just admit it

  • @Kolya734 lol i admit it. I think you got the side im on a bit mixed up.

  • @Piezipx lol srry, i just see so much sarcasm on youtube im take it all in as such :p.

but yeah, dell xps is also a great choice, not as expensive as alienware but still powerful.

  • @Piezipx Ati radeon hd 5770+ amd phenom II x4 955 with the m4a785td-v evo Corsair 2x2 gb ram 500-600 watts power supply, 1000 gb harddrive and last but not least the Nine Hundred Ultimate Gamer ATX

  • @blackfish381 and its not a mac :D

  • @blackfish381 jizzzz in my pants
