I don't believe so. What you could do is respond by showing text on a page... that text being a link to a bar code image. That way when someone clicks on the link, they will be taken to the actual image.
I think this could work, not sure. The image link will have to be under 120 characters though.

Jeff thanks for the video . I am trying to use TextMarks for contest and I want to send a Barcode with my auto reply. Can Textmarks do that? - Stacy
