I doubt it's a Z4M since I don't see the //M badge on the speedo...or maybe I'm just blinded by the sound lol. It sounds amazing though. I bet it's a 3.0 and I'm pretty sure it has an aftermarket exhaust

I have a Z4 M Roadster...It's not that easy to get up to 160 in one. The top end is a bit sluggish and the car feels a bit on the light side over 125-130 to me. I not a race car driver but my Mercdes SLK 32 AMG was a lot faster to get to 140 or above. I have had both up around 157 before. I don't go there much any more I kinda mellowed out after having the car for 3 years, but it's still fun to drive. I love to drive on the Autobahn where you can do this legally and on much much better roads.

If your Z4M isn't pulling quickly over 120, you've got a problem.

my 3.0i pulls like this vid right up to the limiter.... you're M should go much quiker!

Wow does that sound phenomenal! I have got to try to get over there sometime and drive on the Autobahn. BMW def. knew what they were doing when they developed the Z series. I love my Z3 and my cousin loves his Z3M. Awesome cars. They half decent for tall people too. My dad is 6'6 300lbs and he fits just fine in it. Albeit even better with the top down, but still.

then I guess the German engineering is bad with a spedo that is inaccurate, because I took a rented bone stock Z4 and got it up to 260km(161.5mph) and pegged it there for a little while, you claim it is limited to 250km(155mph) now i don't think the Germans are that far off on there spedo. I got the video on my profile to prove it, maybe old daddy-o is mistaken

ALL ARE LIMITED. IT IS A KNOWN FACT, a gentlemans agreement between BMW, Mercedes, and several other EU car manufacturers. Unless you have removed the limiter, that does void your warranty though.

ye it probly voids the warranty because when you try to top out your car you have the engine at a constant high rpm for so long trying to reach the max speed.

not from my experience, I have done 260kph which equals about 161.5mph and have a video on my account to prove it. speedo pegged at 260kph. also on the autobahn
