What kind of argument does "likely breach of peace" make? If I buy a bottle of vodka and carry it out of the store, and someone is insulted by that and becomes violent, is it my fault or his? What happened to peaople being held responsible for their own acitons? If somebody starts rioting, shouldn't they be held accountable? Or do we have to bend over backwards to look for some "explanation" and blame their rioting on "root causes?"

If there is free speech, reverend Jones should be free to make his protest. And if somebody riots, the fault is on the rioters, and they should be jailed.
