u should try the book the Beck diet Solution.. u can find it in the library.. after i followed soome pointers from that book overeating was like not even a problem anymore.. u should give it a shot..hope it helps

21 days sounds like such alot, but looking back at a WHOLE year u hv been at it,21days is such a little to ask for. You hv set ur goals for these next 21days,u cn keep them Adam,u hv the ability to do that, & by doing that,u can show urself that u STILL hv control over urself :D I said that coz thats the way I feel about this challenge (which I'm gonna do...) luv ya, u can do it... ~Kim ps. I know!!! I don't know why I think I'm going to miraculously lose 5 pounds within two hours, but somehow I think it's possible and have to check. Or like getting back from the gym, thinking I lost crazy amounts of weight. Its really not sensible.. it's like a COMPULSION!!!!!
Is paula your girl? Is she losing also? I need help, but I got much stress baggage. I guess I need a shrink also.
