Its amazing how much limited manuverability these have compared to modern fighters, compare this to a modern Su-27 or Mig-29, which are frighteningly more manuverable today.

That's true but you have to bare in mind that these MiGs are bisonic interceptors and are thus far less manoeuverable and agile than Bae Hawks.
