  • lol, now that's just lazy.

  • Sweet, ! My suggestion would be a 6- way wedge

  • Neat set up. Wouldn't mind trying to having one myself.

  • That backhoe splitter is so great I intend to make one for myself ! If you were to make one again, would you change anything about your current model? Your advice would be much appreciated. Thanks for posting your videos !

  • the second i watched this i new you biult it out of a northern tool wood splitter

  • Where can I get detail on how to make one? The biggest question is where to tie into the hydralic system at?

  • $3.00 in firewood.....$15.00 in diesel fuel....splitting it with a backhoe priceless

  • Ahhh yes, but no back aches !!!

  • @sloupyhangon 3.00 in fire wood my ass. and now the diesel would be even more. but saving on medical bills priceless!

  • It would be quicker and cheaper to buy some coal!

  • Awesome!

I was just looking in the Northern book and saw that cylinder kit. I'm going to make one for my Bobcat mini X. I like the way you mounted it sideways as opposed to longways like the "Butter Splitter".

Again awesome job! Thanks for posting!

  • Good idea, but does it really save time?

    Looks tedious as hell.

  • looks like it works good!
