  • RECKLESS YOUTH!!!!!!! epic way to start a song!

  • Well I did hear the similarities between the two, but I can also hear the differences. None the less, I agree with xxmaydayparadelovexx, and say who cares, it's an awesome song, by a pretty epic band.

    Favorited and Liked.

  • @NarutoNightmareOni even though I am really late lol

  • WE ARE THE RECKLESS YOUTH!

  • this song and we are one by 12 stones is all about standing together

  • skidrow is an actual street around or in L.A. that is like the red light district in amsterdam. but even though they cracked down on that street, its still the place that is heavily invested with all sorts of low life. drugs prostatutes, and other sorts. but i didnt hear youth gone wild at first. but after listening to it the chorus is the exact same rhythm and beat. skidrow fan here, luv bach. lol. but i feel this song kinda rips it off. unless they intended this

  • love tehre music against there religion sorry but they are the friggen BEST

  • Love it! \m/ Christian Rock is awesome!

  • LOVE this song 'cause it's about the Youth of Christ. :D Go us!

  • i love pillar and skillet

    frontline is pillars best song!!!

  • the band is awesome but i think their bestsong is frontline (rock)

  • And Skid Row is a terrible name for a band. I mean come on, what is that?

  • u have a very good point in that

  • i think Skid Row is an actual place but Skid Row is pretty cool

  • A skid row is like a "bad" part of town, with plenty of bars, and thus alchoholics roaming it's streets.

  • i dont think there is such number of videos in youtube...

  • how could you know it actually works if you haven't finished doing this at the moment you send this XD

  • pillar

  • sometimes the singer sounds like the singer of breaking benjamin but oiller dude better :D

  • yeah man thats what I thought 2 when I lstened to pillar the first time ^^

  • Everyone has to admit, it's really hard to make music these days and be sure you're not sounding like someone else. I hate when people automatically assume alleged 'remakes' were deliberate copying.

I listened to Youth Gone Wild, yeah it sounds similar, but WHO CARES? Just enjoy the music :)

  • guitar solo is sick!!!!!

  • this is deffinetly not a rip off you idiot

  • um, no. definitely not a rip off of youth gone wild. the song's sound nothing like eachother, lyrics are very diff. only thing similar is the theme. <_<

  • The Drums in this song are SICK!!!!!!!!!

  • @mclaren18p yea man lester was a sick drummer!!! pillar is recording another cd and there bringing him back!!!!im so siked!!!

  • @codyoutdoors that would be incredibly sweet, but can you cite a source?

  • Asked Pillar myself. I know them personally. Not a ripoff of Youth Gone wild." Although i've hear Skidrow and Reckless Youth actually doesn't sound like it. The Guitar solo the lyrics. They don't really follow each other. The Chorus has a similar theme and note quality to it, but it's not remake

  • it does have an old school rock sound to it. like at the chorus.

  • Also, do you even know what Reckless Youth means. It's like totally the opposite of Skid Row's youth Gone wild. The songs have only one thing in common. The Chorus' rhythym. And that's even different as i've heard it a few more times over and over again. The lyrics in the chorus have really no similarities

  • bro titles mean the same thing and both say "youth" they both have the same 80's rock, "eye of the tiger" feel to them. and at the chorus the vocals have nearly the same rhythm in both songs. they also both say "we" or "we are" like every line of the chorus. im listening to them side by side right now. in skid rows it says we are the youth gone wild at the end of the chorus. in pillar's it says we are the reckless youth. im pretty sure this is a legit remake.

  • i asked Pillar, and they said it's not a remake. Did you hear the guitar in the background of the chorus. THey aren't the same. The meanings are nowhere near the same. Skid Row's:

We spend our lives on trial

    We walk an endless mile

We are the youth gone wild

We stand and we won't fall

We're the one and one for all

    The writing's on the wall

We are the youth gone wild >

Nothing close to Reckless Youth, and that's the only similarity which isn't even similar

  • chea

  • pillar rocks!!! their new album is sweet!!!
