What makes this even more impressive is that Teleportation is presumably one of the few powers that could get by accelerator's defences, and Awaki is Academy city's best teleporter (presumably she could teleport objects directly into his body). None of that mattered though, Accelerator kicked ass anyway.

I guess it does make some sense given that in this series teleportation is just an object moving through the 11th dimension. Since it involves motion it involves vectors so he could reflect the object back through the 11ds theoretically. My guess however is that it might take some time for him to figure out how to do it correctly (like how it took him some time to figure out to reflect Dark Matter in vol 15 or Magic in vol 21) since its a bit different than normal motion.

I'm not really familiar with Flash's top speed, but I'm fairly certain it isn't greater than mach 3. Superman couldn't win because Accerator can reflect anything. Come to think of it, that includes light. That's even more evidence that Flash couldn't beat him. Even Flash can't outrun light.

He can move faster than mach 3. Flash saved a village of over 5000 people from a nuclear bomb that was going to detonate right near them. He carried them by sets of two. He can run so fast that he can physically be 2 seconds in the future and you won't notice. He can vibrate through walls, he can steal kinetic energy from people to the point that they're statues. He can even time travel. He can beat this guy.
