Very sad. But I think these people would receive far more attention from rich Muslim countries, and thus aid, if the perpetrators of this slow death were Jews, like Palestine. If the Bangladeshi authorities were Jewish the Saudis et al would be falling over themselves to help. I attend a mosque halaqa and every year the charities raise money for PALESTINE. Why not Somalia? Why not Darfur? Why not Rohingya? Because the perpetrators are Muslims. Easier to turn a blind eye. Not good, eh?

But the Palestinians' plight is DISPROPORTIONALLY highlighted as compared with the amount of media attention and monies raised for other humanitarian tragedies, as well you know. Watch any Islamic TV channel and you'll see pleas for Pakistan, Palestine, Kashmir ad nauseum. But you won't see pleas for Rohingya, or any other country where the oppressors are Muslim. FACT. It's too embarrassing for them.

If you see 5 adverts per hour begging for money on the pretext of sending 'humanitarian aid' to the poor women and children of Palestine which 'accidentally' ends up buying surface to air missiles and kalashnikovs to fight the Israelis, and none for other groups, then this is indeed DISPROPORTIONAL

Makes sense to me. If the previous response includes words that are a bit big for you, you could always use a dictionary. You know, one of those books that explain the meanings of words? I'm sure you read the koran and nothing but, but there really are other books out there. Try them.

The most unfortunate thing is that bangladeshi Govt dont give full amount of International aid to these poor refugees, 80% of the aid distributes among Bangladeshi currupt officers, if there any one who dare to inquire about this unjustice and un human act

cont... the sqaualor and unimaginable poverty in this refugee camps is typical for all areas of BD. It makes me very sick and depressed to know and have witnessed with my own eyes in person the undescribable hoplessesness of people residing in that country. Shame on that governement for doing this to their Ummah, how can they do this to people? it is very sad for them, the government is very corrupt and greedy against anyone in the country of BD, it maybe should be made known to the citizens of BD that the BD govt is treating them this way. I am certain something would occur to change this situation. People of BD are very warm and compassionate peoples who are devastatingly poor and I know if they were aware of it something would be done to remedy the plight, too bad most probably dont know what their own govt is doing
