nightmare before christmas= CBHS honors band/orchestra

Allow me to explain guys. I am a junior enrolled in CBHS' band program. As some have already said, we are a small school, and therefore we have a small program. Our Honor's band class this year has around twenty or so students. Must of our program's funding comes from two sources: a yearly magazine fundraiser and a "Friends of the Arts" program. We do not have as much funding or as much people as other band programs, so we have to improvise.We do try our hardest however:)

@dsalucas i agree, as being a woodwind myself I always wanted to play LOUD!! but somehow my directors thought we needed to be softer as there was about 12 of us in a single band. :) haha

sorry but i didnt think it was that good. it looked like a REALLY small band. my band class is playing it and we have over 100 hundred kids and sorry but we are split into 2 classes and the class i am in with 63 kids sounds WAY better, soory.

Mmm, this rendition is definitely played with the required 'quirkiness' of Elfman's pieces. Though some parts were off, i still liked it. Favorite movement is always the 'Christmas Eve Montage" bit.
