  • OOOO, my three favorite foods..chocolate, ice cream, and peanut butter!! Yumm-O!! lol I bypassed my sweet spot and went from loose to super duper tight. Just be patient. ANY loss is a move in the positive direction! I find myself PBing often...mainly when I am trying to eat what I don't need to be eating. I am only down 45 lbs from December...so we are in the same boat. I am older..42, so the weight comes of slower..but it IS coming off....so I am happy. BE HAPPY! You're doing great! Take care!!

  • Although you feel like you're sort of 'off'' lately, it is good that you know where you've slid off and what you need to do to get back on track. I betcha do it! Good luck.

  • The Lapband is only a tool. Unfortunately it's still such a battle. I'm there with ya.. still trying to get more exercise in.. still trying to learn to make better choices. Hang in there!! I'm 9 months out...

  • Focus on the three C's which is Commitment, Consistency and Compliance. Most Important dont give up and continue to press Forward.
