yeah but im lvl 30 right now and ur lvl 27 i didnt get to learn any jutsu.

then (as a rom hacker :D), I'd say the game tells Ninja learns jutsu at for example 10 levels after changing into ninja (from original hawk).

if you "evolved" him at least 4 levels later than me, you wouldn't know it yet.

I can't say for sure though...
