  • OK, as for excercising, you don't need money or equipment. It is best to start with running whether or not you want to go outside. five minutes wont kill you, and just five minutes of running is enough/.

    It will make you feel a lot better. .

    SItups,, pushups, and wall sits can all be done in a small, encosed area. id reccomend buying ankle wieghts to do leg lifting excercises. and dont forget to stretch!

  • Watch some aerobics videos on youtube! All you need to do is half an hour a day.

  • We recommend the Tae-Bo videos.

  • you can also do the 6:00 p.m. diet after that time you dont eat at all until 6-7:00 a.m. and you can go to some store where they sell used items to get them for cheap

  • well i think its great that your taking care of yourself and i want to tell you, you can also diet, you could do the 6:00 diet after 6:00 p.m. you just stop eating until 6-7:00 a.m.
