AHA! I was right! At 1:51 I could see faintly a thin, shiny piece of string...Also, right before seeing the string I noticed how the cup also had slightly slid forward & backward the same time it was moving side-to-side...therefore, the string caused the up & down sliding while it was being pulled side-to-side to roll the cup. A steadier hand could've prevented showing the obvious. Sorry, but I do have to say that this is not a real deal. :-(

Easily debunked. Fishing line, tied to one of the arms, pulled towards the doll off-screen. If there's any doubt, throw it out.
