Sorry about the tears, but it does that to me too. I think the song is perfect for them, tough in my mind Sarah always makes it back to Jareth. That was what I tried to express with the ending.

Man, Jennifer Connelly is drop-dead gorgeous. I am thrilled to see a grown-up Sarah here.

I always roll my eyes when I see fanvid/fic descriptions that start with, "Five years have passed since Sarah was in the labyrinth ..." In my opinion, THIRTEEN years should have passed. That number is magical. Plus, the Jareth I know would not ask an undergrad to be his queen.

well, seeing as Jareth is a figment of Sarah's mind, perhaps they could explain his aging away quite simply. If she's grown-up, her dreams aren't as strong as they were when she was younger and therefor the realms of enchantment that made the Labyrinth what it is are fading and Jareth is not quite immortal anymore, not even young anymore, in fact it was Sarah's belief in him that gave him his powers.

I always think of this pairing with an adult Sarah. I agree at a young age it's ick!

I don't think I can really explain my attraction beyond that. It just is.

In Jareth'd defense, he never did anything she didn't ask him to do, including taking her brother. And Sarah wasn't ever in any real danger.

It's all in the perspective.

If you're talking about the movie, Sarah was too young. It is also argued that what was seen in the movie was only a dream she had. I like to believe that it was real and that wne she grew up, she got back to the Labyrinth and Jareth. That's what I'm trying to show in this video.

I use the vids as help when I'm writing a fanfictiona and in the middle a rather long Labyrinth one.
