  • @shadydawg555 social security is bankrupt along with most government agencies. Cut corporate tax because you end up paying for it in the products you buy. When government taxes the corp they tax you on their products so you pay more. Clinton happend to be president when the federal reserve was pumping money into the economy which gave the illusion of a better economy.

  • Voting for Obama is like giving your rapist your daughters' address and key to her house.

  • This speak the truth

  • @Slayerfan84 Now we have 9.2 unemployment, Obamacare, more Government regulation, 3 wars that we know of,14.2 Trillion in debt, and it's not even half time yet. Oh ya and our great leader is a community organizer with a blank check. LOL

  • "There was not a single bit of good news in the Bureau of Labor report. And watching President Obama this morning try to explain this mess and offer solutions to our predicament was painful. He was reduced to listing as one of his policy recommendations streamlining the patent process. That underscores just how intellectually exhausted the Obama presidency is. They have no more arrows left in their public policy quiver." --Peter Wehner, Commentary, July 9, 2011

  • I just love how when more jobs get created during Obama's presidency Republicans say it's DESPITE him being in office.

  • @petercharleskrug It's not just the number of jobs that are created, it's how much this number reduces unemployment. If the rate unemployment outpaces the number of jobs created, that is not good. If these are short-term jobs, they were created solely for the purpose of helping the President's employment numbers.

  • Why should U Libturds worry about Jobs anyway. You people don't work, you expect us real Americans to work for you. 2012 is going to be your doomsday. We are going to get our country back. Also I hope we cut these Libturd programs, Welfare, Food Stamps, Medicare, Meidcade, and Social security. These programs are for lazy and worthless people. Also its a know fact Tax cuts for corporations and wealthy help america. And NO you libturds are not going tax ExxonMobile,

  • @MegaELECTRICEYE Im pretty sure the American people PAY for social Security. And tax cuts for corporations help america? Really? Ok, how are those tax cuts helping America atm? Look at when Clinton when president, higher taxes, better employment. Bush comes in, gives tax cuts, and now how are we going? In the drain. Social Security is paid for by WORKING Americans...derp-de-derp.

  • @Slayerfan84 Oh no you can't blame Bush anymore. Obama has only been preisdent for little over two years but you know he just done so terrible it is all his fault. These fucking tea baggers are dumb ass people and if they are the future welcome to old England the land ruled by christian law and idiots. I'm suprised he could even create one job with these idiot GOP people in congress.

  • according to adminastration officials 290k jobs est.---unemployment went from 9.8 to 9.4 and that is good--but at the time of the tragedy and jobs going away and homes lost and people-real people and not numbers and statistics were actually going hungry and homeless the last thing PEOPLE wanted to see is our political leaders arguing over helthcare that all those people lost as a result of losing their job not to mention that they can now not afford to buy food 290k jobs 2yrs @787bil not to good

  • You better go back and see how they count New Jobs. If 10 people stop looking because they have given up all HOPE, they count that a 10 jobs gained.

  • idk what i'd do without cenk regulating on the absolutely idiotic insane right wing bullshit machine. you got the msnbc corporate boss doing a hit on olbermann, what a bunch of shit. why suspend him? it's complete overkill, if anything you make him disclose and fine him, what ever. but take him off the air just like that? it's like the hit jobs on acorn and shirley sherrod. something stinks about the whole thing.

  • Repubs are idiots.

  • Newly created jobs that are tax payer funded are not really new jobs. This only milks real tax payers harder.

You might as well cut government middlemen and simply hand your unemployed neighbor some money.

History shows that less taxation allows small businesses to be born...not artificially creating them.

  • Its one think to see a generation beliving that wages should be incresed to increse your standard of living without every learning capitalism theory but Its so sad to see a generation that is so clueless and will defend it. They are so brainless that they even think Inflation is part of a free market. The good news is that they all know who got voted of the island.

  • Where are those gulf job losses? No where to be found.

The Obama regime politics propaganda machine decided to leave those numbers off the report.

This isn't Nazi Germany... stop lying!

  • I love when he says "of couuuurse"...1:05

Cenk: Republicans are (except for a small minority) mean-spirited, stupid, racist, bigoted, ugly, upper class twits who have no mind with which to be open.

  • The job increase is because of all the Census workers. Their positions will be null after the Census is over.

  • @sliv120 look at the trend...you are only talking about 1 month...jobless claims have consistently be going down....now I am not saying that is because of Obama...but it is important to be clear on the facts right?

  • "In a press statement, the President himself crowed at the news, noting that the official employment rate fell to 9.7% from 9.9%. However, just inches below the headline, red flags were everywhere. Only 41,000 of those jobs were generated in the private sector – far below the median forecast of 180,000. Even more troubling was the fact that the Census Bureau alone accounted for 411,000 new jobs, which were almost exclusively temporary positions."

    by Peter Schiff

  • @capgains it is the trendline that we must focus on....the recovery is going to be very very difficult....it will be extremly difficult to recover from the 700K jobs per month losses that he inherited....but the trend his giving us more hope than before

  • @dundura123 listen..those unemployed will remain unemployed unless they dummy down their jobs selection and go from there. oh but wait there's over a 50% unemployment for the teenager group trying to get these same "dummied" down jobs.

it is no longer a revolving 4-7% unemployment, but what IT IS, is a stagnant 20%+

see shadowstats. com, it will blow you away

  • @capgains you are like a homeowner who complains about the water damage that the fire department caused with out acknowledging that your house was about to burn down...yes..your points are valid...however the numbers suggest that the job situation has slowly improved since Obama has taken office...(I am not asserting that it was because of his policies)....I am just saying that you can't have it both ways...

  • @dundura123...and like millions of others out there who believe we need gov't to take care of us, is insanity. as we look to the surrogate daddies in washington, you need to (not today) but overtime realize that govt is not the answer, for all they can do is rob peter (tax payer) to pay paul (gov't programs)

  • @capgains in terms of "dummy down"...I must assume that you are talking about the structural issues that we have in our labor market...the bigger issue is that we have a work force with skills that no longer match our countries needs...that is why the person who had a "good job" before is finding that they have to work at Target...and yes that impacts teenagers...so that is why we need investment in retraining programs, tax incentives for employee training...and more community colleges...

  • @capgains but to suggest that all the gains are because of Obama..or all the losses are because of Obama is disingenuous....also yes there is a spike due to Census workers....but you need to look at the trend....the trend was improving before as well...

  • wow, this guy doesn't get it....completely

  • haha, this fat piece of shit says that he criticizes Obama all the time.... I bet he would get on all fours and suck Obama's dick and then take it up the ass if he asked him too. What a biased little bitch

  • The American Investment and Growth program will put America to work. Census workers will be put to work. BP oil spill will put millions to work in the clean-up operation. In this way unemployment will come to 4%. Now all you assholes who voted for this idiot will please remember this next election time.

  • The idiot Obama created 450,000 jobs. Out of these 441,000 are census workers who are already out of work. The BP oil spill will create millions of jobs and he expects unemployment to come to 4%. The American Growth and Investment Plan will put America to work. Only as laborers. Keep the change Obama. Just give us the money. Never vote for him again

  • Wait until the census is over and then we will see the truth. Some states are at 15-18% unemployment! Just tell us the truth and nothing but the truth!! Plz stop the spin, your like the Rush Limbaugh for the left.

  • @TheScotlandfan which part of the video was spin? and different states have always been impacted differently depending on their economy...for example michigan's unemployement is always the hardest hit...and then then one of the strongest rebounders...certain southern states have structural issues that are exaperated during recession...other states were not as phased by the recession....

  • Comment removed

  • Most of the 290k new jobs were for census takers....here one week, gone the next. This guy is a misleading douchebag....just like most liberals

  • They don't give a flying shit about job creation, about their constituents seeking and gaining employment and fixing this mess and it makes me sick.

  • What is this turkish guy saying? Maybe he should stick to commenting in turkey :)

  • obama babama.....debil 4ernozhopij..

  • what this doesn't tell you is that there were more jobs lost than created.

  • @promaster185 iit doesn't tell you that...because that is factually incorrect

  • @promaster185 - there were over 8 million jobs loss in the last 2 years due to idiotic Bush policies and we're now just beginning to create/restore jobs under the President Obama. Goes without saying. common sense.

  • @promaster185 Do you think these people are interested in creating employment?

How can they promulgate communism if people are employed and happy?

  • @promaster185 Kinda what happens when an economy sinks.

  • he said 290,000 jobs were created.interesting that that is the exact number of census workers that were hired.when the census is over and those people are out of work again, will the young turks report on that?and let's do some math.750,000 jobs lost in one month in 2009.millions overall, and we are supposed to cheer obama because he created some temp jobs that put less then a third of the people back to work who will just be out of work again in a few months.

  • @cassidy99ful where did you get that number some say thousands some say millions?

  • @cassidy99ful It's his job to be misleading.

  • tyt are a bunch of asshole with obama cock breath!

  • Obama is the MAN BABY1

  • Wow, 100,000 census workers....hey aren't you forgetting that unemployment went up from %9.7 to %9.9. That's what they were complaining about you friggin idiot!

  • Facts are usually construed when it comes to politics... Republicans and Democrats are both guilty of watering down facts to political attack points.

  • Hey unemployment numbers are up AGAIN today. The Obama regeme is manipulating the numbers the best they can. They hired millions of ppl on unemployment roles. They sent themn to 3 days of orientation. And paid them then put them on call. This artificially lowered the unemployment numbers you speak of. The economy will not recover while the Dems controll everything.

  • @carolinatinpan Would you give me a fucking break with the conspiracy theories?

  • @baigandine Not theory it's fact.

  • @carolinatinpan Are you referring to the census which made up only a small portion of the jobs added over the last few months? If not, what is your source?

  • @baigandine What jobs added? Last weeks jobless numbeers were up again. As Long as Obama has the House and Senate businesses will not add jobs. I heard this first hand from 2 ppl hired for census work.

  • @carolinatinpan thats really funny only last week I found out from two people I know down the bar who said since obama was elected people drink less on fridays but because they are depressed they drink more on mondays, and only the other day I found out pigs really o fly because 2 people I know from a previous encounter with big foot or was it the UFO abduction said so. LMAO what a looser

  • @franks2732 Not equipped for an adult conversation i see.

  • @carolinatinpan nope, just as my mother used to say- You can't fix stupid and you really are stupid if your only "evidence" to support your POV is hearing it from a couple of census worker's.

  • Republicans: beyond hypocrisy, beneath contempt.

  • The republicans are a bunch of horses asses....:)))))

  • To you and other skeptics.

If you honestly listen to every claim your government makes without considering hyperbole as a factor of it, you will constantly be disappointed, regardless of whoever is in power. Not McCain, Bush, Ron Paul, or anyone. Unless you're a partisan zealot; then you'll ignore your guy's error.

So don't keep bringing up, "Obama said we'd have MORE jobs!" That's simply hyperbole. No one can truly decide how the free market makes jobs except the free market in a free market.

  • You never criticize obama

  • "290000 jobs!?

    Down with Obama!"

-Republican/TEA (Taxed Enough Already, though taxes are lower than ever since 1950) Party hick.

Haha, send this video link to your local corporate-pet Republican. Watch as it growls and runs in circles and claims reality has a liberal bias.

  • @nafaidni You make liberals look bad

  • @Sarnox123

Hmm, that's a shame. And you make conservatives look good, considering you've not said anything yet. I typically like conservatives more before they start spewing their crap.

And I criticize Obama on some things. For example, I assume he signed the unconstitutional bill of attainder to defund ACORN. And I think he needs to encourage more direct government involvement and regulation in the private sector. But what he can pass is based on what jumps the filibuster, so I can only wish.

  • @nafaidni What makes you assume i am a conservative? I voted for Obama and believe that supporters that spew hate like you make liberals look bad. That blam everything on the right wing. And the criticize Obama comment was a comment toward the video after he said he criticizes Obama. Taxes are lower for certain people since the 50s. He raised taxes on the middle class and changed a broken health-care system into a money eating hole. Oh and every major media source in America right now has a bias

  • @Sarnox123

    No wonder.

Don't confuse me with spewing hate. I spew reactionary anger. Anger towards ignorance, denial, political fervor unhindered by policy.

Secondly, that's a blatant lie. Obama has not raised any taxes on the middle class at ALL. He has already stated it is the rich who can live with this recession, the poor who already have the government's support, but the middle class that truly suffers from it.

Therefore, he has only provided them hundreds of billions in tax benefits.

  • @Sarnox123

Thirdly, I don't blame the current economic success and rising job numbers on the right wing. It would be the right wing that blames Obama for the rising job numbers, and I say BLAME, not credit. They acknowledge it, but they don't bother congratulating anyone for it. 51% of Americans thought this would be a Depression when it started, and now jobs have risen by 290k last month.

And all Republicans can say is, "Well, you said we would have more."

    Give me a break.

  • @st4ticblu3 the bailout did not do what they claimed it would do? so the car company's and the banks went under? no? thats what i thought. also you say the unemployment number the government says is bullshit but where do you get your facts from to say its really 17 percent? please i would love to know. feel free to post it here or pm me it.

  • baner is a disgrace.

  • We haven't gained squat. We have reclaimed a small amount of what has been lost.

If I get robbed of a hundred bucks, see the guy that did it a week later, beat his ass and take all the money he has on him but it's only 50 cents, I didn't gain anything.

Furthermore, where exactly do the Reps. get off opening their mouths about anything. Aren't these the same assholes that took us into an unjust war, quashed our civil liberties and presided over the beginning of this financial toilet bowl we're in

  • @tkcomputerservice when they said gain jobs they where not talking about the overall picture. ya no duh we have lost more then gained since this started but we DID gain jobs in april. thats all they where saying.

  • It's always better to ADD jobs than LOSE jobs.

  • @Prettytoes29 As long as those are real jobs and not imaginary ones, or government jobs.

  • @EndTheFedRes I agree. As long as those numbers are not overly inflated then everything will be okay. Personally I have seen small businesses hiring at an alarming rate where I work at. 56k jobs were those of the Census Bureau but the rest were in the private sector. I would have to call them real jobs with growth potential. And why not? the Bureau of Economic Analysis reports that taxes haven't been this low since Harry Truman. Who can argue with that....oh Republicans can that's who.

  • @Prettytoes29 Taxes are low. I feel sorry for the poor sap who has to raise them. But there is another huge issue. We have record debt, and what do we do? Spend and borrow more money. Logically taxes will have to increase. The latest jobs report was typical government manipulated data (like our debt, and unemployment numbers).

  • @EndTheFedRes If the debt numbers are inflated, as you said, then why the concern? The real problem is the U.S., under Bush, funded two wars off the books. Obama put the wars on the books thereby raising the debt higher. People need to understand how economics work before blaming this president. We owe so much to China because of Bush & Cheney it's unreal. Republicans NEVER said a word as Bush was spending and borrowing from China. As they took U.S. jobs as well. Talk about a 'Double Whammy.'

  • @goku2525 The debt numbers are not inflated, they are deflated. Cooked numbers. The real problem is Obama, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Reagan, Nixon, Wilson, etc... In no way do I want to single Obama out. Yes he inherited much, but he has also thrown gas on the fire in attempts to put it out. We have owed China money long before Bush, yes he accelerated it, but this is not all his fault. Most of the current economic crisis falls into Clintons hands with the repeal of Glass Steagall.

  • @EndTheFedRes "Most of the current economic crisis falls into Clintons hands with the repeal of Glass Steagall."

Why do you blame Clinton when he signed a bill introduced by Republican Congressmen and passed by veto-proof margins in both Houses?

  • @kaysandesses The repeal of Glass Steagall, led to excessive speculation and derivatives. This is what led to the financial collapse. Granted we have been living beyond our means for decades. Clinton is a huge part of this mess.

  • @EndTheFedRes I know about the effects of the repeal of Glass-Steagall. Glass-Steagall would have been repealed with or without his signature AND it was a bill introduced by Republicans in Congress. What I find ironic is that people will rant and rave about less regulation out one side of their mouth, and blame Clinton for repealing Glass-Steagall which was a de facto repeal of regulation.

I guess some people just like to bitch, whether or not it holds water.

  • @kaysandesses Well...was it the repeal of Glass Steagall, or not?

I am all for a Free Market with some (very LITTLE) regulation. Such as Glass Steagall. You don't have to be one extreme or the other, and you don't have to be Republican or Democrat. I bitch because if I don't, then nothing will ever be done, or someone might say to me, "where were you when...". That's why I bitch.

  • @EndTheFedRes democrat isn't an extreme not even close its just center right politics. Communism is extreme so is free market capitalism or anarchy. I love when people say we should be central between Republican and Democrat.... that isn't central that's the center between right and the loony bin

  • @AwsomestKill I don't know where your going with this, because I am a political atheist. You are not blaming this problem on Free Market Capitalism are you?

  • @EndTheFedRes lol no i was just saying it is an extreme like communism because someone said that being a democrat is a extreme which makes no sense. actually what i said makes no sense unless u read the comment i responded to

  • @EndTheFedRes Of course it was G-S was repealed, but the entire Congress (at the time), save roughly 35 members, shoulders the blame along with Clinton. All I'm saying is too many people point the finger at Clinton without looking at the rest of the story. I think it's great that you bitch. Everyone should, as long as their bitch is legitimate.

btw, love your "political atheist" label.

  • @kaysandesses Absolutely, I'm not placing all the blame on Clinton, Congress definitely helped. The help I'm referring to is currently in office, and goes back for decades. I am very much for voting out EVERY incumbent, except Ron Paul.

  • @Prettytoes29 Not always, if the jobs added depend on higher taxes taken from sustainable jobs causing the sustainable jobs to go out of business, what your left with is unsustainable jobs that require taxes & no taxes.

  • @davidpark68 The jobs that were shipped overseas to China and India were sustainable jobs and they did so because of high taxes...or so they claim. These jobs shipped overseas were jobs that paid 50k to 100k and that left a huge hole in our economy. The problem is we have to close that 'tax loop-hole' that corporations have been getting for years. The Labor Statistics: From January through April of this year, the economy created 573,000 jobs. Over a full year, that projects to 1.72 million jobs.

  • @Prettytoes29 except you DON'T ADD jobs, it's all phantom jobs... go read the jobs numbers, learn about birth/death crap that creates 200k jobs everymonth.

  • @ardizd ,First-quarter earnings – the bottom line – grew by 56 percent compared with the same period a year ago and, more important, sales – the top line – grew by 11 percent, according to data from Thomson Reuters. In other words, companies are selling more stuff and not just cutting employees to achieve earnings growth.

This is the first time since early 2008 that companies had double-digit sales growth. Truthfully, the corporations make money FIRST then the rest of us get the scraps.

  • @Prettytoes29 If you add jobs to the government, it takes away from the private sector in taxes. The average gov job pays nearly double the average private sector job. The taxpayers pay more for that, decreasing buying power and optimism. If you look at productivity levels for the two types, you'll find that the redundancies alone make the gov workers far less efficient. And don't get me started about the efficacy of most of the programs out there.

  • @mssrus Yes, that whole tax break thing kept jobs in America*wait* it didn't did it? Don't get ME started about how corporate America has sold out the American people and yet here you are doing your best Joe Barton impersonation apologizing to the corporations. If the private sector is so great why are the American people yelling for govt help in cleaning up the Gulf Coast? It seems you only want govt to help when the corporations have failed..that's too late. Oh...you lie. Govt jobs pay less.

  • @Prettytoes29 I wasn't talking about valid federal responsibilities. The Feds are supposed to do something when our national waters are imperiled. It's the unconstitutional invasion into everything from owning a car company (fascism) to mandating that individuals buy a particular commodity (Health care) that causes trouble. The small businesses that employ most of the people in the country are being hit hard with taxes and unfunded mandates. And I don't lie.

  • @mssrus So the Gov't is supposed to get involved when the private sector screws up? NOW you want gov't help. *Sigh* A valid responsibility also includes taking care of its people. Republicans have been using the same "unconstitutional invasion" argument since Reagan blasted Medicare and for FDR creating Social Security. You pay car insurance , HOA fees, home insurance which are all mandated. More small business died under a supposedly "business friendly" Republican atmosphere.

  • @mssrus Funny how you pointed out the car companies. I would say it has worked out great. GM is back and has repaid the loan with interest. They are even going to reopen 600 dealerships which will trickle down jobs to the parts suppliers, mechanics, truckers, and so on. How is that a bad thing? Only in your mind is this seen as such. Saving American jobs is always a plus in my book, unless you're one of those Americans that was in danger of losing their job. In that case you couldn't care less.

  • 5,000,000 lost ... got 290,000 back ... 4,710,000 to go ... all taking an inflationary pay cut

  • 290,000 jobs o thats great NOT are you kiding me thats nuthing

  • why is obama being praised as a panacea?..no matter the topic.

  • cmon

  • Obama is not responsible for creating jobs, but the government can destroy job creation. It is estimated that for every job the government creates, 2.5 were destroyed in the private sector. Whether they borrow, tax or print the money, it has to come from somewhere, which means it is no longer in the hands of the private sector which is much more efficient than government ever will be. Government jobs are a burden on society, some are necessary, but all are a burden on the private sector.

  • The numbers are crap. Yes we gained 290,000 jobs but unemployment went up from 9.7% to 9.9%. How is that good?

  • Let me get this straight. The economy needs to add somewhere around 400,000 jobs a month to lower the unemployment rate. The Obama policies, in a "good" month can only add 290,000 and 60,000 of those are temporary Government jobs. That's a shortfall of 170,000 and the unemployment rate goes up to 9.9 and to the Left that's good news. Every business owner I know has one thought on the near future, try and survive Obama.

  • @lilbdawg48 100% and 100 reporters as well as broadcasted

just dont trust it to be honest about russia its owned by the government

  • Cenk 290,000? I believe190,000 of those were imaginary jobs. Thats right, made up jobs from the birth/death life cycle. The jobs number game is a JOKE, like our 12.8 TRILLION dollar debt, that excludes Medicare, Medicaid, and SS. Our debt is really around 19-20 Trillion, this excludes unfunded liabilities of course. Of those jobs created how many were government jobs? Because those really aren't jobs are they?

  • Love the politics :) Republicans nearly cause the collapse of the global economy through reckless actions and massive deregulation over 8 years, and of course the American people have a right to be ticked about it. That's why Obama was elected. The fact that we voted for Bush (theoretically) twice is our own darn fault, but we really do not have the right to be ticked at Obama for not cleaning up the mess fast enough. Where would we be without him? Bankrupted completely.

  • The unemployment rate got down to 3.8 when Clinton was Presidenet -- a rate Bush could only think about in his wildest dreams.

  • We gained jobs you stupid camel looking piece of shit? Yeah we gained 290,000 jobs but the rate is still 9.9% you fucking idiot. Also the cunt states that Bush jobless rate was bad. Sorry cunt unemployment was 7.4 when bush left. It's now 9.9 today and as much as 15% in states like Cal and Mi. Do you fucking cowards ever tire of lying?

  • November 2010 = DEBACLE FOR DEMS! How ya liking them apples Young Turks?HAHHAHAH!!!

  • Congress is paid off by wallstreet. Vote em all out and turn this fascism trend around by the way how to you US taxpayers feel about bailing out Europe for the tune of 45 billion to the IMF. We are on the Titanic heading for the iceberg and our leaders are playing musical chairs

  • the BLS job numbers are BS. read down into the report. how many ACTUAL jobs were "created"? and what's the U6 number again? and why did the "headline" number go up? if the U3 goes up cause people are "re-entering the workforce", then they weren't being counted to start with. doesn't make sense, does it??????

  • You actually got something right in a video, the U.S.gained 290,000 jobs in April, almost everyone of those jobs were Census takers. The U.S. Census Bureau report concluded that 288,500 citizens were employed for the purpose of the U.S. Census. That's is why the unemployment rate still increased. In two months these Census workers will be unemployed once again and the unemployment rate will increase to 10% or higher.

  • A DEBACLE is on the way for Dems in Nov!! HAHAHH!! I am LOVING THIS!! I cannot wait!

  • Unfortunately, there isn't much Barack can do to stop the oil spill.

We have about 200 countries in the world & in about 197 of them they have nationalized the oil & gas & thus any drilling & spill is the responsIbility of the government.

If you're gonna bitch, maybe we should nationalize the industry?

  • If President Obama is as successful controlling the oil slick as he has been with creating jobs, then the Gulf of Mexico is screwed.

  • Thankfully, the Dems will be out in November...The US public is sick and tired of the lies!

  • When I typed John Boehner's name in my post, spell check red lined it like it was spelled wrong. I click on it to see what it offered. Two of the word were boner and bonehead. NOW THATS FUNNY I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE!!!! HAHAHA

  • We are going to have to get the vote out to the younger Americans this November or these social security collecting Medicaid enrolled anti-socialism brain dead GOP old freaks are going to put a lier like Eric Cantor and John Boehner back in office. Notice the GOP plays blame game but yet they are not offering new ideas about job growth. T O O B A D S O S A D !! HAHHAHA What a dork!!! YOU KNOW WHO I'M TALKEN TOO!!!!!
  • this is why the democrats will remain the majority after Nov...

  • @smekese Boo hoo! SOUR GRAPES! You can see the polls cant you ?HAHAHAHHAHA HUGE LOSSES coming! HAHHAH ! I can see November AND Russia from my porch! HAHHAH!

    BUB BYE HOUSE!!

  • If the GOP should show intelligent leadership, they could capture the House & Senate in 2010.

But they've become just The Party of No -- so I predict they'll neither re-capture the House or Senate in 2010

  • Positive job reports?HAHHAH! Are you kidding ? How many of those are GOVT JOBS!! WAIT TILL NOVEMBER! HAAHH!! The wave is coming ! Even ABC News is talking about the Dems losing the House !!HAHHAHH!

    HAHHAHAHH!

  • @mgallant01 There aren't 300k new government jobs each month, you retard.

  • Unemployment is almost back to 10%, REAL Unemployment is at almost 18% and a large part of the job creation was for the Census and other government jobs, those won't last very long. The White House is great at skewing numbers, every White House has been good at that.

  • @thomasautomall Yeah that's the key here. The WH is trying to say that it's good that the number is up, because more people are in the market. Problem is, the actual number is as you said, moving towards 18%, which includes people that have given up looking for work, and people that have had to settle for part time. No matter what you say TYT the numbers aren't good, and it wasn't a good unemployment report. Not when both numbers went up, not just the 10% one

  • sure 290000 jobs gained, most of it thru Censors hiring. Unemployment went up so you know the American hating libs like Cenk and Obama will do anything to make the idiot loon Party of Liberals look good. CENK YOU ARE A LIAR!! You HARDLY EVER critisize Obama and when you do, you ALWAYS wash it over with a CONS or REP follow up. Hypocritical idiot loon

  • @cam1126 Census hiring was months ago. That's over. It also didn't amount to 300,000 jobs a month anyway. The new jobs are real, I see mass hiring around here and they have nothing to do with the government.

  • We need another 2nd Party instead of the Republican Party.

  • I believe the Republicans have a staff who does nothing but pull boogers... their job is to look for the most cynical evil things and cover them with whip cream and serve it up as Republican talking points.... and their "base" laps it up....

  • Death throes of a cult

  • All of these people believing "job growth" is a 100% good thing is not aware of the term "growth". Look how many more jobs are being lost...

The liberals know their base is dumb.

  • WARNING TO OBAMA VOTERS: The FDA is warning the public that swallowing an OTC medication meant to be rubbed on the skin can have harmful effects. The FDA has received reports of serious side effects including unconsciousness, hallucinations, and confusion in people who mistakenly swallowed Benadryl Extra Strength Itch Stopping Gel. Remember you swallowed the Kool-aid.

  • You get on the right about not reading into the subjects, but the 200000 something jobs we gained it is all good how about the jobless percentage went up so if you do the math that would mean there was more then 200000 something jobs were lost.

  • @thbalder316 does not. It means more people think that it is a good time to look for a job.

  • Apparently the people in government aren't American citizens. ...because Obama is from the country of Africa, and he has hired Russian Czars to kill our grandmothers ... and something about Illegal Mexicans trying to steal our guns ... because of the war on Christians?

    ----

I think that is the yarn Conservatives are trying to spin. If they are going to live in a fantasy world why not throw in some bubbles and clowns .... Oh wait there was the financial bubble and Sarah Palin.

    :P

  • @Joxman2k Now that is Funny but True.

  • @lizardgizard2002

not to mention Glenn Beck :) He makes the balloon animals.

    :P

  • Obama could fix the economy get us out of iraq hunt down and kill osama bin laden HIMSELF cure cancer all while fighting a bear while he is in a pair of roller skates and republicans will still complain.

  • Keep up your blatant stupidity, republicans. America is WATCHING you bastards.

    R.I.P republitards 1854-2008

  • He's black, he's a Democrat, and he's in THEIR White House! Until that changes, they will continue to be the party of no...grand obstinate party...and the idiots will REFUSE to give ANY credit to this administration or this Congress.

What a bunch of bed wetters.

  • @HulksHeroes Also gotta remember who is STILL for some reason trying to appease these fools. He won the election, time to run the country.

  • Of course! Obama could discover the cure for cancer, bring about world peace, or click his heels and grant every American's best wish, and republicans would still go out of their way to find some bogus argument to hammer him with. These people in the GOP are interested in nothing more than putting up obstacles in front of anyone that isn't for catering exclusively to big business and the uber-wealthy. They are treacherously un-American, and should be deported to Somalia as soon as possible.

  • this video is completely absurd. yes, the stimulus package is adding to our deficit. that's not an argument? you're praising obama because he's printing money out of thin air. fiat currency is a joke and thanks to both the obama and bush administrations the dollar is doomed to collapse in the near future.

  • Fuck the republi-cons !

  • Progressives, Centrists and Realists need to expose Republicans.

Isolate the Republican with the worst record for lying, corruption, etc and hit him hard. Compile records of the acts. "Leak" them to the media. Talk about them on TV. Go to the guys voter base and saturate them with the facts about just how their representative has acted against their interests. Politically hit the guy so hard his fellow republicans distance themselves.

Then move onto the next one. They'll get the message.

  • Cantor and Boner are two of the most worthless bastards in DC.

  • @SourceCode2006 I could not possibly agree with you more .

  • It depends what kind of jobs they are

  • @aarondavid826 What are you kidding me? Actually 84 percent of those new jobs came from the private sector. Now go choke on that one

  • @aarondavid826 uhh to the people working them I'm pretty sure it doesn't.

  • Republican shitheads.

  • LOL, Cenk cracks me up when he imitates Republicans.

  • take my ball and go home

    LOL

  • Republican Losers

  • Okay these videos would be a lot better if you get better sound!!! PLEASE GET BETTER SOUND QUALITY FOR YOUR VIDEOS!!!

  • The republican base is tribal and racist. The fact that jobs were created doesn't matter because they are not motivated by facts.

  • Does that mean the teabaggers have to quit their jobs in order to prove the report wrong?

  • this shit is crazy..

    more jobs=bad...wtf

  • @frictionRx5 Settle down retard.

  • @frictionRx5 It has not been proven otherwise...

And who cost all those jobs? Bush, and going back in time, Reagan and Bush and Clinton (with Republican controlled congress)

  • The same happens everywhere, i'm from Argentina my country's economy has been growing since 2003 when Kirchner got elected. It grew all trough his administration and now with his wife (the actual president) the same happens. This year Argentina's economy is going to grow about a 6% in despite of the financial crisis. But you know what the oposition parties say: We are growing in despite of the Kirchners. They say too that this is the worst goverment Argentina ever had.

  • But for Obama, I don't care. Obviously his is not the worst the US has seen but he's a fraud. He did every little thing that Wall Street wanted. He broke all the promeses made to the american people and there's no excuse for that. You should start looking to Latin America if you want to fix the mess that the bankers did. You are suffering what we suffered through the 20°century. Look at South America and learn.
