@tikifabulous yes, but ALL of the instruments went a whole semitone sharp too meaning that the prerecorded last note was recorded in a different key but when they decided to lower it, they forgot to lower the recorded last note and the whole last bit goes a semitone up as if it was a key change.

I believe she did sing the majority of the song live. As she gets older her voice deepens. You heard the key change because that very last note she hits is from the original version of the song she recorded- thus, I believe the very last note was pre-recorded. Either way, she is the best in the business. No one can top her.
