none of this settings make any sence.

the port number depends on what ports people have open, picking the one you are using docent help others-_-

if you are on private trackers turn of dht,

the settings in bandwidth should be set after what internet connection you have. and 15kb/s maximum upload rate makes you a leeacher. use the speedguide in utorrent to get proper settings
