You'd have to be pretty obtuse to believe that entire spillway system was designed for something as short sighted as flood prevention. Yes, of course there's a different motive and you nailed it on the head. NAFTA and the UN's Agenda 21, they will take over very soon. I am sorry to see my kids grow up in such an age.
