I'm saying we need to have a neutral body to decide on the outcome of a dispute (i.e. a courts system) and we need a force (police) to enforce the rules set out by an elected body (parliament) and some mechanism by which to punish those who break the law (prisons) but everything else, more or less, should be private.

And the taxes raised to pay for the above mentioned services should be nothing to do with income.
