People shouldn`t complain when they get a hitmarkers from a no scope. You have a small chance of hitting a no scope and if you do manage to hit it the chance of it hitting his chest / head are even smaller so your going to get a lot of no scope hitmarkers

@evantsitsivos and? The game isn't supposed to be realistic the damage is based on the amount of skill needed. Tomohawks are hard to use, so they are 1 shot kills. pointing at someone and shooting without even scoping isn't exactly hard and doesn't take any skill at all, so why should you get a free kill for it?
