They almost lost me with the 1st episode of Season 4. I was unhappy with season 3. The 2nd episode is better, but if they don't stop radically changing characters personalities i don't think I will be watching more TrueBlood. I own the first 3 seasons on DVD, if this one does not improve vastly, I will not be buying it when it comes out.

@MJ75DK I think character development is completly beleivable in true blood, I recently watched through 1-3 in 1 quick burst over a single week and I think it was handled really well. As far as S4 at first the with thing put me off but now I'm super interested, and Bill being the king is just amazig because it adds another thing, status, as a kind of source of conflict for Sookie and him while trying to piece together their relationship.
