  • extraordinario!! Es el Paganini del organo! Que virtuosismo con la pedalera. Nunca se vio algo así.!

  • LOL

  • W0w ! Amazing talent. I enjoyed seeing how fast his feet were moving, whether intended for the organ or not, this piece was certainly a lot of movement to execute.

  • I think Cameron made this arrangement for a technical challenge rather than musical.A lot of stamina is required for the left hand with this Chopin etude but he I feel liked the challenge with his feet and why not as nobody else has done it as far as I know.I like the guy and he is not pompous but just innovative and extremely clever.I wish him luck.

  • It´s like in the circus....... LOL

  • WOW!!!

  • I want to be in that church!! Amazing!!

  • Brilliant!

  • gebt ihm was gegen die schmerzen...

  • Check out Cameron playing the Bach 540. It's the best version of the 540 that I've ever heard in my life. It's on his last album "Cameron Live!" played on a real pipe organ from Saint Mary's in NY.

  • There is room for improvement: he doesn't use his toes.

  • LOL

  • I think he just burned like 3000 calories. Hell I probably burned a few hundred just watching this.

  • This etude is easy to play on the piano but I can't imagine how difficult it must be on the organ. This guy is astounding!

  • dumb clown and pathetic fag

  • COCAINE COWBOY ;-))))))))

  • hehe, nice footwork!!!

  • OMG - this is really amazing and ingenious. This guy makes me crying.

  • Omg....I bet he is amazing at Dance Dance Revolutuion! Lol

  • He is freaking amazing

  • WOW WOW WOW! amaizing!

  • Drive My Car - The Hot Rats

  • Stupendo. Sei fantastico

  • I don't care how fast his feet are, he's a moron for playing Chopin on an organ.

  • @polyinterpretabilite and you're a moron for saying that.

  • @polyinterpretabilite Would you have preferred that he play Chopin on a banjo? you pompous fool.

  • @bckm54 No, but using a piano would've been nice. This amazing piece sounds like crap on organ. And that Cameron Carpenter guy has great technique, but zero musical feeling. I'm not a fool, though I AM pompous.

  • @polyinterpretabilite you can't express as much emotion on an organ as on a piano, because it hasn't got this big dynamic range.. it's more due to the instrument than to the player

  • @voicega I have to disagree, organ can be an extremely emotional instrument. It's just this piece that should never have been played on any other instrument except the piano...

  • @voicega

I don't agree, and also think that it depends on the song. I think the organ version of this song is much better and more emotional then the piano's version.

  • Those are some great shoes.

  • My goodness, this was amazing foot work!

  • All nice and good, but the guy is dressed like a Barbie doll!

    Otherwise, the thing sounds great!

  • ist spielst des voll gut könntest zum ballett gehn xD

  • perchè??

  • AMAZING pedal technique....LOADS of it....VERY impressive.......but IS IT MUSICAL PLAYING....does it satisfy the soul??? It doesn't satisfy my soul. Just compare this playing to a non celebrity, no flashy player organist who KNEW how to move your to a higher realm. It was none other than Jesse Crawford (December 2, 1895 – May 28, 1962). Just listen to his CD named "Organ and Chimes" for Christmas. Now THAT is MUSIC. NO flashy organ technique, just fine music that WILL make you weep .

  • it sounds off ...

  • WOW!

A highly musical Gene Kelly ;o)

    truly amazing!!!

  • Jamais vu!! Quel étonnant exploit! Bravissimo AV

  • BRAVO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • It's truely amazing what human beings can do! This definately beats the guy on the corner holding a sign up to Buy your Gold!

  • @amceagle1 yeaaaah god is the reason!!

  • I can't even get close to play it with my fingers and this guy play it with his feet WTF ??

  • It seems that Chopin's music is easy to play by an organist... ^^

  • dumb clown, he doesn't respect the music he plays

  • Hey Tony, can you play this with your hands?

  • @johnaigi yes, we can!

  • What would chopin say to his music treated by the feet of an crazy organist ?

Fast pieces are well suited for piano because pianos have a fast attack.

This man makes Chopin sound like Circus, like "Mr. Kite" ( Beatles )

Cameron is a Clown. But not a good one. He rapes great Music by his feet !!!!

  • @makebeforebreak

    CAN YOU PLAY THIS.....

    ?

  • what about the mephisto waltz ???????????ß

  • This ticks me off! As good as this kid is, no one has a decent sound recording of him-unless he is talking rather than playing!

  • @vstarbiker buy one of his CD's

  • crazy amazing ....

  • respect!

  • heart him in oldenburg. he is an extraordinary musician. you cannot compare. so much: to listen to a life audience of liszt wouldn't be more indulging. he loves the instrument, he loves the music, there is nothing in between. a pity your attentiveness isn't enough for such an evening.

  • Leiber Cameron! Vielen Dank für dein Konzert in Hamburg 25.11.2010.

    Das war Klasse!

  • I am shocked at the distasteful comments about gay on here as a HOMO myself all male organists I know are gay and some married. So if you are offended by the gays dont watch this guy who by the way has more talent in his little toe than most musicians I know this Etude is difficult on the piano with hands it is truly remarkable to do this with feet so those making anti gay comments why the F*** are you watching gay organists? Open the closet door, play like Cameron or shut the F*** up!!

  • kind of weird...it sounds better on piano

  • fantastic!!

  • He needs some sort of ergonomics chair so he doesn't need to balance himself all the time. With an extra hand it'll be even more fabulous.

  • i bet he's also a great dancer!

  • it is a piano pice and not for organ. you play well but it is NOT FOR ORGAN and it is terrible of organ. sorry

  • @valentinw1 Just stop and listen. This may not be as like piano performances, but it is still wonderful playing. It is certainly harder to play on the pedalboard. The registrations and reverb make this a delight to hear.

  • Cameron, I just love you man!

  • this is incredible ballet. Already its not easy to play this left hand with the fingers, to do it with the legs is incredible.....

  • @TonyWRO come on you should not hate somebody but love the music you hear....

  • @TonyWRO Right, because EVERY male organist I have ever met is perfectly straight. Nevermind other great gay musicians: Tchaikovsky, Schubert, Benjamin Britten, Aaron Copland, Samuel Barber, Leonard Bernstein, and Saint-Saens to name a handful.

Get over it and grow up.

  • @RegalPlatypus Tchaikovsky wasn't gay, i mean he was but he didn't accept his homosexuality, he knew that his attraction wasn't good so I respect him. He was a normal man and music genius. Cameron Carpenter is just a well-playing faggot and dumb clown.

  • @TonyWRO you are kind of right. often genius people are very narcistic. narcism comes from being neglected by narcistic parents as a baby. you need a strategy to get along with your narcism. some do 'ora et lobora' some live a 'gay' life. tchaikovsky chose to face his loneliness, others try to fill it. i don't know about carpenter but he is a extraordinary sportsman on the orgue.

  • @TonyWRO That's the most stupid comment I've ever read on youtube. Can you explain us all why you have this opinion??

  • good music but that guy seems to be a fag

  • @TonyWRO Not a fag, trust me!

  • Awsome...He looks like machine!

  • Fereasca D-zeu !

Asa ceva inca nu am vazut !

    Bravoooooooooooo!

  • fututen gura viataa=))))))))

  • awesome skill

  • Caracoles!

  • If this guy can play Chopin's Op 10 no 12 with his feet then I should be able to play it with my hands haha

  • @TwelfthRoot2 not necessarily. Cameron can do with his feet what most can't do with their hands

  • DanceDanceRevolutionOrgan! This is AWESOME

  • BEAUTIFUL MUSIC..BEAUTIFUL ORGANIST.

  • Fuck me!!!! Mesmorising

  • are you Bach, or God?

  • @Lorenzodu69 I think it's same, isn't it? :-D

  • @OrganPianoMusic it's possible! But Chopin is a god too for me ^^

  • Incroyablement immense!

  • WOW!!!!

  • The Fred Astair of the organ

  • Amazing!!!!!!

  • Next week, he's in the Indianapolis 500.

  • Amazing chopin !! wonderful!

  • Gee! I thought the piano version is difficult. But that's a walk in the park compared to this.

By the way, no wonder why he is so slim!

But it just doesn't sound quite right on a pipe organ

  • He's going to amputate his leg if he continues to play this

  • @tonytober Right leg or left (^_^)?

  • das sieht so aus als müsste er mal ziemlich fett abscheissen

  • WOW!!

    What a show!!!!!

    Excellent! Congrats!

  • Can he do a jig? lol

  • Incrdibly what he can do. Perhaps some day he will stop reducing his capabilites to shallow bravura-pieces - The world would gain a great artist.

  • Wha...??? MARVULOUS foot action! I would have lost 50 lbs, and be exhausted! lol

  • Devilish!!!

  • @vbatuhan he indeed is not a christian ;)

  • Omg, think about what he could do if he had 6-point seatbelts! Hoe could use @ hands ALL THE TIME!!!

  • looks extremely virtuoso but sounds terrible^^

  • :O senza parole si....

  • Impressive...NO WORDS.

  • lol his not playing really. the Devil possessed his feet and carpenter was just trying to escape the organ the whole time

  • I've been to two of his concerts

  • what the FUCK

  • I just saw him tonight in concert. I sat right next to the organ. He is very gracious, very well-spoken, very entertaining. A true gentleman and amazing performer.

  • i never knew this instrument could be played with such energy, I'll have to reasses that now.

I knew this instrument took some skill to learn but, now, seeing what its capable of I now have a new respect for organists

  • die Revolutionsetüde passt nicht auf eine Orgel - klingt Scheisse
