No one cautions them to not fall for false patterns in an impossible search. These ITC researchers are merely collecting data for a similar consideration. I believe in ghost but 98% of these are ridiculous. Its just the same concept as looking at a ink splot card and being ask what do you see. I didn't see half of what you said.
I guarantee you that if you take a close-up photograph of your big load of crap, you'll see faces too. And if the stink makes you throw up, you'll have another opportunity to see faces in your puke. How naïve can a person get?

I just experienced this for the first time last night on a static television screen. Frankly I was pretty freaked out by it because I didn't know at the time that this phenomenon really existed, which I found out with this video.

me and my mate did the first form of itc while doing evp as well. we did this by using one of two audio ports on the tv and hooking it up to the computer, wher my mate has the program (cant remember what it was called) that measures the sound frequency in the room using a GH microphone (lol i no) plugged into the microphone jack on his laptop. we got a picture of wat seemed like a nun, with bottom jaw stretched down to her chest. we also got a small humming sound at the time, about 2 sec long

It's called "pareidolia" --seeing faces or other images in things like random shadows, markings, stains, etc. It's something pretty much everybody does sometimes actually. It's a common problem when dealing with ghost photos and videos.
I have to agree with you about that. However, I think for everyone to have pareidolia at the same time when viewing the image of the spirit with the clear as crystal eyes would kind of make that a moot point wouldn't it?

Your studies are quite interesting but it needs a little elaboration. When you're introducting the comparative pictures and cutouts, human contamination enters. No disrepect, but I think a lot of what you're presenting is the human phenomena called matrixing - finding familiar objects in abstract forms, like looking at a wood grain and seeing a face in it, from looking at jumble and making sense of it. The human mind is designed to make sense of these things.
Why would complete strangers to you manifest themselves through water and smoke? Spirits normaly communicate with their loved ones, not to strangers. I wonder.... It's not like complete strange spirits are around us all the time. But I do know that your dead loved ones may visit you from time to time.

There are many books available in this subject, by the way. Great stuff Keith. This would ex[plain the pics in the smoke of the WTCenter. I am a photographer and work mostly with EVP's but I am going to give this a try. Makes sense that they appear in these methods given that it is all energy. Great work.

I have been experimenting with instrumental transcommunication for awhile now,after watching this presentation, and in all honesty have to conclude that faces seen using this method are due to paradolia.
I have yet to find any "smoking gun" evidence using this process, although I have received some rather interesting EVP utilizing ITC.
I'll continue with my research, using a 52 inch LG plasma TV and a Sony HDD wide LCD 4.0 mega pixel handycam.
Understood, and point well-taken. Have you heard of live spectrograph images yet? While pareidolia can still always be responsible for viewer's interpretation of such images, live spectrographs have shown the potential to demonstrate spirit images live, in sound. This is area I have been working on for the last year and a half.

I feel that automatically construing such an images as Satan as superstition. For all we know, it could have been Jesus. It is Satan because it was taken at a horrible event? In my view, this is no different than the mass emails going around about electing a president and people claiming to have special information (out of context) that "demonstrates" that a person is evil, or the antchrist, or unfit for office because they're of the devil. There are two sides to the coin, I agree.
WHile the brain can sometimes "matrix" faces out of static or popcorn ceilings, some of these images are downright incredible. The fire and water make the most sense as I tend towards the string theory matter is energy concept and thus when we pass we still exist in some form (energy never goes away it just changes form). Keep up the good work, and keep us updated.

I think they're just random formations, like you get in clouds. You can make pictures out of anything if you're look for it. I find the imitation of colour fascinating though I wouldn't put it down to spirits

Yes, ideas in those areas have certainly crossed my mind, and would make for some great experiments, but I consider them to be "out of my skill set." I do write down experiment ideas though, and will share them with the hopes of someone else taking them where they need to go. This video was of my earlier work. Most of my work now is in audio and spectrographs.
Hi. Well, I wouldn't know it even if I did. Haven't improved the results to that point yet. (Which is obvious) That is one of the goals though - not to speak with someone "dead" famous, but to be able to communicate clearly in the future.
That's part of the problem, the complication. Some are spirit faces, some are not. People that work with ITC often can even come to know a familiar face of someone in spirit that they work with over an extended period of time. The way most people experience it - there is no 100% guarantee. ITC, in most forms, is still a field in its infancy. "Knowing" comes with "experiencing". That's the best answer I can give.
Still, you just can't begin experimenting in any science with a definited goal (for example: contacting a specific celebrity, during ITC), that's one of the common mistakes of the newcomers on this theme.

Hi. The only danger is your own psychological state and whether it is healthy or not. There is no documented evidence of physical danger linked directly to the act of communicating via ITC. On the other hand, a person of weak psychological state or fear only has the potential to do more harm to themselves. I haven't experienced anything harmful, nor do I know anyone that has.

Hi, you can create a feedback loop as long as your digital camera has a video record mode. It will be difficult though, because the quality is not high usually, and you will probably only be able to take video rather than snapshot- unless you use a second camera.
at 9:42 in the right hand side of the fire you can see what looks to be part of a womans breast, shoulder and arm.. just thought I would point that out.. awesome video!
I really think some of your photography is beautiful (and occasionally thought provoking), but in the end I have to say that when it comes to picking patterns, especially faces, out of somewhat random forms, we tend to see what we want to see.

could this be a result of the tv pulling in distant tv signals..for instance if you happen to see the itc spirit of say..lorne greene..mabye somehwere a re-run of bonanza is playing..and so on..just my theory.
Only the first minute or two of this video are samples of video itc done with a television, the rest is water and other means. When experimenting with video itc there is no cable plugged into the coax/antenna in, the only input would be the output of the camera itself, pointed at the tv.

Great stuff Keith. This would ex[plain the pics in the smoke of the WTCenter. I am a photographer and work mostly with EVP's but I am going to give this a try. Makes sense that they appear in these methods given that it is all energy. Great work.

Very interesting experiments! The only way to learn about this stuff is by trial and error. You have some great ideas. Some of those images were as clear as a photograph!

Fascinating,I think that a few of these were due to matrixing but the majority of these pics were excellent and your narration of the vid was extremely helpful.I have never tried this form of capture but I will in the future,Thank you for sharing this and proving yet again that there are many phenomenon occuring in this world and the next that defy explaination and we need to continue to try and explain it.Again Thanks!

i think most of the smoke images are pareidolia although some of them are clearly visible!I found this very interesting ..
@ 'Lets playSkateBitch" i can see the face you are talking about in 5:51..its a dark face looks like a shadow at first glance bt then the eyes are unmistakable

I believe it - I too have many experiences such as these.
Tell me, have you found any animal faces? I saw one of our ancestors in 9:41 - the face in the left flame. It looks too much like a primitive ape than a human, and I gotta admit, it kind of looks like a neanderthal.
I can't wait to go to the spirit world again someday. But not now - I have too much to do as a human right now! But I'll meet all my dead pets, my great-grandmother, everybody! So exciting!

Very interesting.
I have been experimenting with instrumental transcommunication for awhile now,after watching this presentation, and in all honesty have to conclude that faces seen using this method are due to paradolia.
I have yet to find any "smoking gun" evidence using this process, although I have received some rather interesting EVP utilizing ITC.
I'll continue with my research, using a 52 inch LG plasma TV and a Sony HDD wide LCD 4.0 mega pixel handycam.

Understood, and point well-taken. Have you heard of live spectrograph images yet? While pareidolia can still always be responsible for viewer's interpretation of such images, live spectrographs have shown the potential to demonstrate spirit images live, in sound. This is area I have been working on for the last year and a half.

I feel that automatically construing such an images as Satan as superstition. For all we know, it could have been Jesus. It is Satan because it was taken at a horrible event? In my view, this is no different than the mass emails going around about electing a president and people claiming to have special information (out of context) that "demonstrates" that a person is evil, or the antchrist, or unfit for office because they're of the devil. There are two sides to the coin, I agree.

WHile the brain can sometimes "matrix" faces out of static or popcorn ceilings, some of these images are downright incredible. The fire and water make the most sense as I tend towards the string theory matter is energy concept and thus when we pass we still exist in some form (energy never goes away it just changes form). Keep up the good work, and keep us updated.

Yeah, I agree with Deximaru on it being formations, like what one might be able to do with clouds and such. While it may look like one thing to me, it might look like something completely different to another also, and so on. I guess I'm not completely convinced and I wanted to be. What a bummer.

I think they're just random formations, like you get in clouds. You can make pictures out of anything if you're look for it. I find the imitation of colour fascinating though I wouldn't put it down to spirits

Hi. I don't have to talk out loud during the experiment, though I may - and I never consider myself to be alone. When conducting experiments it is always presumed that my efforts will be combined with theirs. Yes, sometimes I verbally ask for participation out loud. K.

Hello. Don't you think that it's easier for this entities, besides the physical influence on small and light particles as smoke, as you said; to manifestate on the plane of raw energy, such as fire? You should try with those simplified Tesla generators, as well (I don't remember how're they called, sorry...)

Yes, ideas in those areas have certainly crossed my mind, and would make for some great experiments, but I consider them to be "out of my skill set." I do write down experiment ideas though, and will share them with the hopes of someone else taking them where they need to go. This video was of my earlier work. Most of my work now is in audio and spectrographs.

Hi. Well, I wouldn't know it even if I did. Haven't improved the results to that point yet. (Which is obvious) That is one of the goals though - not to speak with someone "dead" famous, but to be able to communicate clearly in the future.

That's part of the problem, the complication. Some are spirit faces, some are not. People that work with ITC often can even come to know a familiar face of someone in spirit that they work with over an extended period of time. The way most people experience it - there is no 100% guarantee. ITC, in most forms, is still a field in its infancy. "Knowing" comes with "experiencing". That's the best answer I can give.

Still, you just can't begin experimenting in any science with a definited goal (for example: contacting a specific celebrity, during ITC), that's one of the common mistakes of the newcomers on this theme.

Hi. The only danger is your own psychological state and whether it is healthy or not. There is no documented evidence of physical danger linked directly to the act of communicating via ITC. On the other hand, a person of weak psychological state or fear only has the potential to do more harm to themselves. I haven't experienced anything harmful, nor do I know anyone that has.

i have to say man, i just loved your video. i´m interested in pretty much anything to do with the paranormal, and seeing that u know about itc... i wanted to ask, is is possible to create a loop using a digital photograph camera, and snap pictures instead of recording. hope u can answer me!

Hi, you can create a feedback loop as long as your digital camera has a video record mode. It will be difficult though, because the quality is not high usually, and you will probably only be able to take video rather than snapshot- unless you use a second camera.

I really think some of your photography is beautiful (and occasionally thought provoking), but in the end I have to say that when it comes to picking patterns, especially faces, out of somewhat random forms, we tend to see what we want to see.

could this be a result of the tv pulling in distant tv signals..for instance if you happen to see the itc spirit of say..lorne greene..mabye somehwere a re-run of bonanza is playing..and so on..just my theory.

Hello,
Only the first minute or two of this video are samples of video itc done with a television, the rest is water and other means. When experimenting with video itc there is no cable plugged into the coax/antenna in, the only input would be the output of the camera itself, pointed at the tv.
