If they could find a hairy from Terry Hobbs, his friend David Jacoby and an unidentifiable african-american, why couldn't they find one from the alleged killers? Even if they did do it, that's a remarkable act to eliminate all of your own DNA evidence, from all three killers, while "planting" DNA from three totally different people. Ok one was a step-father but the other two weren't. Something's out of whack. No jury could convict the WM3 on the DNA findings alone, so they had to go free.

If they could find a hairy from Terry Hobbs, his friend David Jacoby and an unidentifiable african-american, why couldn't they find one from the alleged killers? Even if they did do it, that's a remarkable act to eliminate all of your own DNA evidence, from all three killers, while "planting" DNA from three totally different people. Ok one was a step-father but the other two weren't. Something's out of whack. No jury could convict the WM3 on the DNA findings alone, so they had to go free.

There were some blunders on the part of the police, detectives & probably the prosecution, but if we objectively view ALL of the evidence as did the 24 jurors in 2 separate trials then we would come to the same conclusion as the evidence points to no one else. Misskelleys own attorney, Stidham, stated he'd believe they were GUILTY if the Evan Williams whiskey bottle was where Jessie claimed it was. IT WAS THERE!
