Pedro has had 3 Drum Majors in LAUSD All CIty Band as DM's and 2 of them HEAD DM's (one currently)... local bands ummmmm 0.

LAUSD Champions 5yrs straight...local bands 0. Lets face it, all our local bands can do is twirl a trumpet and shake it a lil here and there, i bet their dance teams could play better than them. As far as I'm concerned we're very successful and very well-known for all the right reasons. GO PIRATES!! ~DM '05-'08

OMG...thank you for your comment..a lot of good information..it is a lot of fun, very proud of them. my daughter is the one at the beginning of the video with the white gloves on the her back pocket, she's former head drum mayor and flute 05-08. My other daughter is the flute player at the end of the video, second row, flute player next to the clarinet...I've been there for almost 6 yrs and still going till 2012 hope to God!!

GPR class of 1988. You guys are much bigger and better than we were. It was still a ton of fun. I miss those days. Cherish these times. They will be the best, most care free times of your lives. I met my wife in high school. She was the captain of the drill team and I was the drum major and lead trumpet player in the band. Good times.
