I've used the "Salesman" tactic on a number of projects (prior to seeing this vid) and it does work. Salesmen answer their phones, if they don't, they they won't eat! You can also use this approach for customer service related inquiries. The salespeople usually speak English, unfortunately customer service reps usually could care less and are often difficult to communicate with. Ask the sales person who to talk with regarding your service inquiry and they can get you to the right person.
