@AnnakiVEVO The height doesn't need to be the same as the video. The height just needs to be tall enough for the camera to see the surface. If the height is too short, the camera will only see a small space. The higher it is, the bigger your touch area can be.

Can u change the size of the box? can the plexiglass be 50x30?(or something like that)

Can u add a projector in the box that u see the screen on the paper?

@TheMBenardJunior the box can be made of any opaque materials, translucent and transparent materials won't work well because light can pass through and can confuse the webcam.. you can change the size of the box and size of the plexiglass but the larger the glass the bigger space you will need to put you MTpad.

Paper is not needed. Simply highlight the glass side (in section) a white line of LEDs, and when you press your fingers on the glass it will glow. camera will see it. Check. psy21d.

Can you please tell us about the size of the box, or the relation between the size and the field of the camer? I mean how did you get the exact box size to fit you camera field of view...

@wassgha The camera doesn't actually fit the camera field of view exactly. The camera sees less than the full box top. It's just a matter of experimenting a bit. They don't need to match since calibration in the software can fix any offsets.

Fun fact. I just did this. Make sure your webcam has a frame rate that is higher than 7...because if it's 7fps it wont work very well (shitty time tracking fast movement).

Other than that it's pretty cool. Fuck me for buying a $5 webcam i guess
