The base of the helment was iron net and I buy it in hardware store

other parts of the helment was made by urethan and leather

If you mean the pictures,they're just combained by photoshop

If you mean the Chalice 's eye,it was made by vinyl sheet

@altikuuga i mean the window screen you used in making the shape of the helmet, the one you paper mache`d

how to you mold that? and did you cover with paper mache inside? did you use hot glue to put it together or the paper will hold the form?

i really want to know =D, this is my first time making an armor thank you so much

It's so hard to explain how to mold the shape..just try again and again

and I didn't cover with paper mache inside

when the paper modle was ready,i'll copy that to urethan and stick with superglue
