Why do people continue to compare singers to one another - singers from different time periods, as well as different genres? There's far too much that could never be the same, affecting their delivery and style. Why can't you appreciate each for their own, unique contribution to music, and leave at that?
I love Dinah but this interpretation hides how beautiful the melody is.
