GAO is seeking information regarding cases in which state foster children have been prescribed psychotropic medication outside of federal regulations or accepted medical standards of practice - drugs in dosages that exceed accepted standards, children prescribed psychotropic drugs for purposes other than a medically accepted indication, or children taking numerous psychotropic drugs concurrently. If they are taking away its because some people are not doing their job as parent . Is society suppose to let those people ruined those precious children?
but is it fare for a mother who has a developed mental delay to get punish for being born that way and having her babies take away as if she is a bad mother,
The children well being must come first not the mother feeling . I am not implying this mother is not suffering at the lost of her children . Children deserve proper so they can grow heathy physicaly and emotionaly . If a parent cannot provide thie environnement the child shold be remove from parental custody .The children are not responsible for the mother mental delay although i am sure she did the best she could with the abilities she had . Is it fair for the mom NO for the child YES

so its fear to not have your real mother around, i think not, i think it be better if they give mother like this traing if they need it
