They're saying hes ducking because out of all the people Mayweather fought, Pac was the first he ever asked to do olympic style drug test. Pac is on top of boxing right now and floyd is not representative of commission for boxing therefore its an ego trip for team pac. Also, Arum is now saying to do blood test through WADA then when pac is in US to go through USADA or whatever the hell it is. Mayweather is claiming pac would be easy work yet dissappeared for an entire year

@marcbc You're correct FLOYD sure didn't ask any other fighter for OLYMPIC STYLE DRUG TESTING before Manny. Even though FLOYD FOUGHT MOSLEY and both FLOYD & MOSLEY did OLYMPIC STYLE DRUG TESTING. After this fight TEAM MAY & PAC started negotiating with each other. TEAM PAC refused OLYMPIC STYLE DRUG TESTING but gave FLOYD 5 requests and he accepted. Because TEAM MAY only gave one request he tried to add more since TEAM PAC did. BOB ARUM called the deal off as MANNY signs 2 fight contracts.

Unfortunately this video proved that Freddie roach is a liar not pacquiao. I recall that Freddie said this before Manny refused the contract presented to him by Bob Arum in the philipines. The thing is before bob left to the philipines he said there are some minor things on this contract that need to be worked out but it should get singed. Also, maybe put in the fact that both Vargas and Mosley both fought juiced up in Nevada before against Oscar DLH. Vargas was only caught after the fact and Mosley was only caught because of the Balco scandal. Nevada commission would have never caught Mosley had it not been for that. So that shows they can't do their job properly and new testing needs to be implemented. Floyd can't risk his life if the regular tests only catch Pac after the fight or not at all.

The reason marquez was at a disadvantage against mayweather was because floyd weighed in at 146 which was 2 pounds over the limit. Pacquiao will defininently not be 2 pounds over

@ivanteamroc True but keep in mind this catch weight stuff is just nonsense. The welter weight limit is 147..and so Floyd weighed in at his comfortable weight which their was a legal penalty..which he paid. However from a welter weight stand point he weighed in correctly.

Man I'm starting to think that this fight is never gonna happen. I've been in Pacquiao's corner for awhile because it looked like Floyd was dodging PacMan, but now all this new information comes out and it seems like Manny is Flip-Flopping. I don't know who to believe. They just need to end the bullshit and fight. Because, now it looks like Many Pacquiao's Rep is starting to take a hit. That Mayweather v Ortiz figh twill be a decent fight but it can't be compared to a Floyd v Manny fight.
