the e66 itself is a big disappointment, I prefer the e51 I exchanged it for. the e66 is beautiful to look at, and has some great interface refinement (notification LED under the select key, etc), but the build is not on par with previous nokias. the sliding mechanism feels solid but on mine there was some side-to-side "wobbling", which seems common. also, a piece broke off the battery cover within hours of getting it, leaving it half-open.

I was very disappointed with it, YMMV
