@bulldogchic08 I'm singing various ancient mantras, which are sacred sounds. When we listen to or repeat such transcendental sounds, it brings us inner happiness that is deeply satisfying to the soul.
wai lana got me into the best shape of my life! comment if this miracle also happened to you! her voice is so soothing, and her yoga programs are absolutely outstanding. Not to mention, she's quite the cutie ;)
when I was pregnant I did her prenatal yoga from first to third trimester, I'm so lucky to watched all of it. I believe that it helped me a lot especially during my labor. I was doing yoga also when my water broke.
ive seen wai lana on pbs one night or errr day, that i stayed up too late, anyway i was like what the hell i cant sleep so im trying this, and it made me feel so good i feel asleep like a baby. now im looking for more yoga stuff wai u rock,
