  • amazing to see the change in your videos over time. keep it up! I lost 60 lbs myself

  • very helpful, I haven't seen some of those ones before, thanks!

  • Ok, if I had "big" legs like yours, I would be so happy. Strong and toned legs with curves are sexy! Keep doing whatever you are doing cause you look fantastic!

  • I'm watching this while eating nutella.

  • odd socks ftw =]

  • dem legsssssssssssss <3

  • This work out obviously works, look at her tummy!

  • <3

  • They havean app called daily ab workout. All ab workouts you showed they do they them along with you also they time it out. I love it.they have the free version which have 5,7.5 and 10 min workout. They also have version you can buy which is much longer workouts. I love it.

  • What cardio work do you do? Thanks!

  • please dont talk just do something

  • what exercise should I do to lose small love handles ?

I CAN NEVER GET RID OF THEM ):

  • whoa. those legs are delicious

  • keep up the good work! abs this abs that shut up! u go girl ignore haters

  • It doesn't matter!!!! If she get results from that (You may have seen her videos) why criticize her???? anyways @lauramustloseweight Hatters gonna hate.

  • if you want to do the abs do crunches not those side to side things you are doing

  • @ruggedd bad advice. And I have abs.

  • @LAURAmustLOSEWEIGHT your abs where not from doing those side to side things

  • @ruggedd my abs are not from crunches either.

  • @LAURAmustLOSEWEIGHT your abs are from loosing body fat lol @ thinking otherwise

  • @ruggedd no shit. I obviously know that we have abs and you can't see them because of fat. But you said they are from crunches, and they aren't.

  • @LAURAmustLOSEWEIGHT i didn't say your abs are from crunches i said you should do crunches instead of what you are doing the whatever side to side movement your doing is unnatural the main work of the abdominal muscles is to bend the spine forward when contracting coencentrically

  • @ruggedd

Doing crunches only really works the rectus abdominis muscle group. Once you start hitting muscle failure other muscles start trying to compensate. For a good core you have to work all the muscles. And Laura, the little kick things you were doing are called flutter kicks, well, at least that's what the Army calls them.

  • doing sit ups is a myth for abs once you cut down on your body fat your abs will show you are thinking that doing those ab exercises is what is working but its not the main work of the abdominal muscles is to bend the spine forward when contracting coencentrically the movements your doing is unnatural and i have no clue what muscles you are working but it is not the abs down the road i can see you injuring your back and or spinal cord

  • Keep up the good work your legs are looking fantastic and I really mean fantastic!! WOW!!

  • you inspired me to finally lose my extra 20lbs :)

  • @LAURAmustLOSEWEIGHT you hate it ?

I LOVE the treadmill, I like do to do my sit ups before and after.

    200 before, 200 after.

  • @1Adr1an6 hate it. refuse to do it. I run outside, so I just don't feel like I'm actually running when I'm on that damn thing

  • @LAURAmustLOSEWEIGHT lol, I like the treadmill more, it's just better for your joints,

I mean, unless your running on dirt, grass, etc

  • @LAURAmustLOSEWEIGHT Do you also refuse to run around laps? Running outside sounds so awesome! just not so much in winter =[

  • @LAURAmustLOSEWEIGHT thats really good I can only go at 5mph without dying

  • continued --- inch of your bare soles. you could have just finished running a marathon and i would accept your feet right out of your shoes and socks before you showered, no matter how sweatty they were. also, you could gain as much weight as you want, and i would still let you walk full weight on my tummy for as long as you want.

  • continued --- press down as hard as you can, twisting and grinding your toes, balls of your feet and even your heels deep into my belly to try your hardest to squish my insides flat against my spine. not to worry. i could handle you doing this to me for more than a full solid hour. i could also massage your feet for you for more than a full solid hour using both my strong hands as well as my talented tongue if you want me to. i am especially skilled at getting in between your toes and every ---

  • my favorite ab workout would be to lay flat on my back on a floor mat in the corner of a room and do leg lifts while you stand full weight, walk, jog in place, stomp and/or jump up and down as hard as you want on my tummy for as long as you want. that may sound dangerous, however i practice safety. i would wear a 100% cotton shirt to protect my skin and my already super strong abs would protect my internal organs. you could stand on one foot at a time on your tippytoes on my solar plexus and ---

  • how many rep of each do you do?

  • I am going to use you as my inspiration! I started out this past spring a little heavier than what you did but am now down about 25lbs! My goal is to get down to a healthy weight, but since I am so short that means losing alot! My goal is about 70lbs but with motivation from your vids and a few others I'm focused and know it's possible :) thanks so much! <3 Misty

  • God what I would do to get between those legs.

  • Your turning into a physical trainer.

  • i think this is your longest video ever! looking great!

  • I do a lot of these too!!!! I do mine after running. Do you do yours before or after?

  • @KittyDreadful I usually do these after I lift, but I lift after I run lol

  • @LAURAmustLOSEWEIGHT I`m not an expert, but from what i know, doing hard cardio before lifting has a negative effect on your muscle gain (which i guess you are still going for?)

  • @JakovMatejBoncina nope. Training for a marathon. I'm not trying to be a body builder lol

  • @LAURAmustLOSEWEIGHT You dont have to try to be a bodybuilder in the buffed sense of the word, if you want to be stronger :) If its for a marathon, the order is probably just fine then. Keep strong`n`have fun.
