I agree I always thought she sounded great during this tour!! I saw her during this tour twice in Los Angeles and she was spectacular!! Would've loved this DVD MORE THAN "Adventures of Mimi" even though she was good during that concert I attended

the adventures of mimi caused lots of people to think that Mariah lost her voice but the thing with that tour is that (in my opinon) she wasnt giving herself enough time to rest in between shows so she sounded kinda raspy and hoarse. She has nods so she needs lots of time and on top of that her voice is fragile with or without the nods. My voice is like that too. I need a few days to rest before im at my best.

OMG. Watch the 1996 tokyo, 1998 tokyo, and then this version of Make It Happen and you can just watch the deterioration that occurred.

Look at 1:24-1:29, especially 1:28. She has a look of horrible agony on her face as she runs across the stage trying to belt.

So sad... there are so many points in the past when I would be like GURL.. STOP SINGING. TAKE A 6 MONTH REST, YOU'RE KILLING YOUR VOICE. STOPPPPPPP.

But she still runs across the stage belting to this day.
