a multi kill is when you kill multiple people with in four seconds of each other. For each additional kill you will get the next medal. 2 double kill, 3 triple kill, 4 over kill, 5 killtacular, 6 killtrocity, 7 killmanjaro, 8 killastrophe, 9 killapocalypse, 10 killionaire, extermination which is when you get at least an overkill on the opposing team that results in the entire team being dead at once. It is represented by a gray cross with a red skull.
