  • Keep up the awesome work!

  • contraction means compression

  • hii...

    i really like your videos....

    im stuck somewhere though

i dont know ....maybe im wrong....

but i think at 8:11....its adiabatic expansion..because on expansion temperature falls....which is seen as we are going from a higher isotherm to a lower isotherm....so it means the gas must have been expanding....

    i would appreciate a reply...

  • @TheStudonfire yes, I'm pretty sure he meant to say adiabatic "expansion" instead of "contraction"

  • I have read my text books and the process was difficult to understand! Your video is very helpfull. Thank you for posting it.

  • Two questions mr khan. 1. Why did you call the first isotherm in the carnot refrigerator adiabatic contraction? If the volume increases isn't that expansion rather?

    2. On this isotherm, is there a temperature temperature drop to a value of T<T2?

  • @joetheboy04 i dont think thats an isotherm.

  • @joetheboy04 that is not an isotherm.

  • thanks for sharing.

  • cool
