Im hungarian, but this urugayian team was awsome. I supported for them from the first match. I said: i support uruguay, and after they out, i will for brazil. We know what happened. Uruguay-Ghana was the best match i ever seen. BUT! In 1954 Hungary beat Uruguay 4-2 in the semi-final! :) Good old days for hungarian football... :)
At the end of that game, the Uruguayan captain kissed the Hungarian captain on the forehead and praised their team. Until today, Uruguayans STILL think of that game and respect Hungary because of that game.

Im hungarian, but this urugayian team was awsome. I supported for them from the first match. I said: i support uruguay, and after they out, i will for brazil. We know what happened. Uruguay-Ghana was the best match i ever seen. BUT! In 1954 Hungary beat Uruguay 4-2 in the semi-final! :) Good old days for hungarian football... :)

At the end of that game, the Uruguayan captain kissed the Hungarian captain on the forehead and praised their team. Until today, Uruguayans STILL think of that game and respect Hungary because of that game.
I went to Europe last year, and it blew me away when I met 3-4 different Hungarians, and they would say "Oh, 1954!". Amazing how football unites us all eh? :)

The Ghanaian player DOVE seconds before (at least 3 meters from Fucile). That was on purpose= cheating.
Suarez said he didn't even know he had done it until seconds later. It was 100% morally permissable and instinctual.
